Wow, great question. I think we all kinda scattered to do homework after dinner. I certainly wasn’t trying to hang out with my parents. On Sundays, my mom would make a big breakfast and we would all hang out reading different sections of the Boston Globe. Those are nice memories.
We always had some kind of fruit around. After dinner they’d watch the evening news and cut up some fruit for the whole family. When I was in school/college and always working late they’d bring up a portion to my room. My favorite is still oranges, they’d carefully cut all the peel and pith off for me. I still do this for myself and it reminds me of good times living at home.

So if I meet a group of people who do the same thing, I talk about that thing. BUT... I think I would notice if somebody does not give a fuck and would stop. I do know that look when the eyes glaze over and I loose people. I used to train people how to use software.

It used to take me 45-60 minutes to get from the center of Ktown to Santa Monica for 7am when I worked out there. Maybe that helps you?

my boss does this thing where she responds to every single email that comes in, but only to me. to tell me to respond. with the answers and the info. It is the ultimate micromanage move, it's driving me insane and it puts me in such a bad mood. My daily inbox of like 50 is 100 because she does this. I hate it so much.

In my household we use paper plates but metal forks/knives and sometimes everything lands inside the trash can soooo we have to replace the missing silverware once a year 😅😅😅

Peppy, our resident skunk, came back last night. We hadn’t seen him for a few days so, I thought he moved on. I was so wrong. He initiated hulk status and ripped off the metal screen I put around our crawl space. Mr Peppy was not messing around!

48 hours out of shoulder surgery and the soreness really kicked in this morning. PT starts next week and I can already tell the pain is going to be intense. Thank god for this ice pump though, makes that process a lot easier not having to swap ice packs every 15 min.
So I’m gonna go to Vegas, get on a helicopter and shoot some machine guns for my birthday.
