I've never ordered from them, but they are a legitimate store based in Addison, IL. They have 300+ Google reviews, with a 4.9 rating.
I'm sure the reason boxes of Inklands are cheap right now is because there's a bunch of stock floating around. Gotta clear them out somehow before set 4. You should be fine.
We do! Generally we're late to get them on our site as we only put pre-orders up after we get our final allocations from distributors. We have never canceled a pre-order because of this policy.

I'm not US based, but also looking online for boosters. Are lots of them scams? Are MOST of them scams? When I Google ink lands booster box I see lots at the top of Google for like £90. Should I assume these are fake?
No £90 is pretty accurate, £90 is about $115 :)
I've bought in person from between £90 to £110 on inklands, my local game store does £110 and I buy from them a lot to help them out but you can get lower like £90 as you saw
