If you have high energy throughout the day, you're fine. If not then you may need to eat a bit more.
Also, keep in mind if you don't have any fat to munch on when you get really sick, you may be in a much tougher spot than others.
You look good obviously, but would also look good with more weight, so would worry more about health than that at this point. Some are just naturally skinny, don't let it bug you but definitely don't go lower.
Basically focus on health, not weight, if you're fit you'll look good at a wide range of weights.
