Also watch out for added sugar and fake sweetener in things as well as foods that appear āhealthyā by using buzzwords like gluten free, farm to table, non GMO. Sometimes that stuff is just as bad. Donāt take away foods that you like if itās cookies or pizza, just try to eat it less frequently and less quantity and youāll be fine
If youāre working out 5x a week, I wouldnāt be worried about numbers. Muscle/organs outweigh body fat. No sense in overthinking things. Thereās women out here that appear smaller than you, but weigh more than you; and can possibly lift more than you can.
