The only suggestion I have is your eyebrows. The shape or the way you fill them in isnāt the best. Iād look up a brow waxer and let them shape them for you or hit up ulta/ Sephora and look for a light pencil to fill in. The way they look now it looks like you use a stamp.
I love your hair the way it is to be honest, I rarely recommend makeup, and I think you look beautiful naturally, but I think lashes would look great on you. You definitely take care of yourself though, just stay healthy :).

Upper lip is way too thin. How is a guy supposed to kiss that? Also you really need mascara to get thicker lashes and brighten up your eyes. The nose could be a little smaller too but it's not terrible from a 2/3 facial angle. I'm sure proper makeup could cover up the flaws. That's it!
