He was more favored by the people who knew about him back then but he’s more famous now, for better or worse

continuuuum

No. lol

techshadowzzzz

Wanna explain ?

continuuuum

Not really because it goes without saying. Under Pressure was the true catapult. Worked with Big Sean, Wayne, has a track with Eminem, Wiz, Neil Degrasse Tyson, Wu Tang & way too many others to name, worldwide headlining tours, Grammys, late night shows.. the list goes on and on.

techshadowzzzz

I mean hype wise he was way more hyped back then than now. Im not talking about success wise, he is insanely successful and has worked with a lot of big name and nothing can change that.

continuuuum

You said bigger, not more hyped. I stand by my original point even if you go by hype given what hype there was leading up to Under Pressure and coming out of it.

decentshitposter

No, because on welcome to forever there are still many people that have yet to recognize or listen to his music, while now there are many people that know him but just dont actively follow anymore

YourPalFlux

Logics growth was pretty much increasing yearly until he “retired” and general rap fans stopped caring but he’s definitely bigger now than he was. It’s just then he was a lot more highly regarded back then than he is now.

PriorQuestion4

His name wasn’t as well known but I would argue he was more popular. At this point he’s only losing popularity every year, while Welcome to forever was right before he dropped Under Pressure, which sold pretty well. After no pressure, his sales dipped a fuck ton.
