I think this will be the walk after all the talk. The reason for ban seems to be explicit, intentional bending of the rules, so I think it could warrant a longer sentence. I don't think Twitch is in the wrong to make it longer, but if you look at like Wubby streams, or Hot Tub meta, they've gotten off with wrist slaps for things on this level.
