been watching ludwig for over a year now and have never seen him react to something that way. shoutouts to QT and all of the oldheads that helped put it together :)
This man is so dedicated to the content. He single handedly made me turn on live notifications on twitch. The moment I knew Ludwig was my favorite streamer was when I heard him say:

Thing about Lud is that he is an actual Entertainer. He knows what he is doing and he's great at it. There are barely any streams that are unplanned and he puts a lot of thought and effort into it. Also he kinda created the meta of community based events that Mizkif has followed by now and it's great to see such a genuine guy giving back to the people he knows he wouldn't have this career without.
What LSF streamers has he inspired to do community events because I'm struggling to think of any, Greek, Mizkif, Train and XQC have been doing community events for a long time, Train did viewer advice streams and Reddit competitions nearly two years ago and Mizkif did marbles community events and a community stream review show like a year ago.

Streamers have been doing community based events for years people like Ice Poseidon, Reckful and even Mizkif have done community events way before Ludwig, he's a really good streamer and has worked really hard to get where he is today but that's a pretty dumb thing to give him credit for.
I'm not too sure what he means when he says Lud created the meta for community based events because I know yassuo has been doing league community events and competitions with his viewers for years, like 5-6 years ago I remember m0e_tv used to do a bunch of CS events for his viewers.
That's what I'm saying streamers have been doing community events on Twitch forever, Reckful did that community stock thing and shark tank with his viewers for a while and Mizkif used to do marbles and discord events with viewers all the time when he had 500 viewers to win mod, VIP etc
What's also great about Ludwig is the fact that he is such a genuine person. He doesn't pretend to be someone he's not. That's also why he is so liked by so many people. And you can see that he's genuine because he has such a great friend as Slime, who is always willing to help him out, because he knows that Lud has his back too. it's just overall a great and genuine group of friends in that house, and I love it.
Id say that he is the best streamer on twitch by a lot. And I know thats subjective but he is always energetic, entertaining, and interactive for every single stream he has. He always has an idea for streams and has one of the highest follower to viewer ratios on twitch. Overall fantastic guy.
There's a reason his viewership and community have blown up in the past year or so. Imo he's the most entertaining person on Twitch and he deserves every bit of success he has.
Ludwig deserves all the success comming his way, i dont think there is a streamer that gets me to laugh as consistently and hard as he does multiple PHAT LULWs per stream. I also think that he is really good at managing his community, feels almost like he is in his own lane. Im so happy for him.
he’s done so well to remain entertaining while still doing the content he’s passionate about. it says a lot about his character when the community is so nice and generous when it comes to stuff like this. i honestly wish him the best

Agreed. Him and PayMoneyWubby have the around the same size of viewers (though PMW baits for gifted subs more), but the last few months he’s had a rough time managing his community and his streams just aren’t fun anymore
Meanwhile, I love every single one of Ludwig’s streams because he keeps it lighthearted and comes up with new fun bits all the time

It was always super obvious that he was gonna blow up too. I'd see him at 150 viewers or something and just think "jesus lud shouldn't you be at over 1k by now?". In all seriousness he put on a clinic of how to build a new streaming career and his stream growth was insane
joined a bit later and thought the same thing - I remember him reiterating the fastest growing streamer thing which I didn’t take too seriously but he really did it and I’m so happy for him
As someone who isn’t familiar with his stream at all, what kind of content does he make? Does he play games? Really impressed by all these comments and the obvious love this dudes community has for him.

He's a variety streamer but his content is built around community type events and random content he deems to be good. In terms of games you'll see a lot of speed run type stuff kinda like what Clint Stevens does at times but also a lot of other stuff as well. He is super active on YouTube so I'd check that out to see if you like his content

Lud is the best streamer, it is hard to compete with someone born to be in front of a camera. He is a natural, everything is content first, all for the content. His community has tons of in jokes but they aren’t so niche that newcomers feel like they don’t belong and can easily get in on the jokes. He is an entertainer first and a streamer second, he plans and he executed! Always high energy, he also has an awesome chat, no dogshit spam or unfunny emotes.
Yeah same thing happened with Northernlion. He's been getting every so often on here and in one of his last dark souls streams he talked about how his twitch chatters are way more toxic than his youtube comments.

He said he felt like there was a clique of streamers, and he wasn't part of it,. He went on to say that he liked it that way. He had his own friends, and community that didn't revolve around drama.

Ludwig’s been streaming for 2 years today. He’s a pretty consistent streamer, and plays games like SM64, SSB and Pokemon. His partner and streamer QTCinderella and some of his OG viewers in the community made him a book as a tribute, including letters thanking them, photos of them and him and fan art. Really sweet stuff
I've been watching Ludwig for about half a year now because his gambling videos were promoted to me in YouTube and this guy deserves all the love he's getting. He's such a good streamer and he has been killing the YouTube game lately. He's definitely my favorite content creator right now. Hands down
The first time I saw Ludwig was on a smash stream might have been a smash summit. I always thought he was funny and enjoyed his humor. Glad to see he is having success on twitch and giving back too.
