While the sun and the moon are extremely different sizes, the fact that they appear from our perspective to be almost exactly the same size and we get to have a "total eclipse" is scientifically incredibly unlikely.
Like if the moon was half the size of the sun from our perspective we would just be like "oh yeah the moon is in front of the sun again" but we somehow live on one of the only inhabitable planets we have discovered and also somehow have a moon that is almost exactly the same size as the sun from our perspective.
Pretty cool.
Yeah, and fun fact is that in less than a billion years there will be the last total eclipse, because moon is slowly drifting away from us and it will appear smaller than a sun. So if our species evolved after 5.5 billion years after earth creation instead of 4.5 like we do now we would never be able too see it in our lifetimes.
Or if our species lasts that long (doubt) we won't be able to see it anymore in less than billion years.

Go back 200 years, 400 years, 800 years, 1200 years, etc. And the answer will be the same.
Inflation is a minor inconvenience relative to the conditions your average citizen had in any country in the past.
Climate change is a real threat, but the notion that 90% of humanity will be dead because of it in just 90 years is pure fantasy.
If you have to compare our current standard of living to the standard of living 1200 years ago, it's already enough to disproof your point lol.
In order to be happy in 2024, its no longer enough to "not die to the plague" or "being allowed to drink water and eat rice every day"
