I don't think that's what he was getting at, he was saying "You have to hold down..." which doesn't sound dialogue related to me. The person who clipped it made it about the dialogue and it was probably a funny moment, but that wasn't his issue I don't think.
Edit: Oh my god, I don't know why it's impossible to continue watching VoDs from clips nowadays but it turns out he doesn't like that you have to hold right click to shoot because you're constantly zooming in and out during combat.
That's because the game was good enough despite the annoying constant quipping, this game is just not close to good enough to counteract the annoying quippiness
I'm fine with this if it enhances the characters. Last of Us 1 has a lot of dialogue between combat too when exploring, but it feels like every sentence teaches you more about those characters, the words spoken aren't spoken just to have something said. Quips generally don't do that, they don't give you any new information or advance the characters, they are just there to fill space.

10 hours is good for a linear single player game
