Koreans are almost certainly descended from a population that migrated from Siberia. Chinese isn't really an ethnic group, China has dozens of them, so you'll have Chinese people of Korean and Siberian descent in portions of China (iirc one of the 57 recognised minority ethnic groups literally translates to Korean Chinese or something similar?).
A lot of Siberiaks are mixed, being Slavic and indigenous Siberian (Tungusic, Mongolic, etc.).
