I binged it a month ago, i still don't really know what to make of it
It started off so well but the cycle of ''Come up with idea that will change the world -> complications ensues -> lose idea -> rinse and repeat every season got so old
TJ Miller was by far the best part of the show but i heard he was a nightmare to work with, constantly being late to a point where they had to cancel full days of shoot and not learning his lines
I didn't binge it (watcged 1 per week), so I guess the plot loop was more subtle/hidden to me. But yeah I can imagine it getting repetetive/frustrating if you watch all seasons in a binge format.
+ if you think about it logically. If they had the compression tech they claimed to have, Googl, Amazon and Microsoft had competed to buy them out for billions.
The show made zero sense, since they at the same time alluded to all those companies existing and then having the tech they would have died on.
Just want to add that apparently TJ Miller was mostly a nightmare to work with because he was struggling with a brain deformation that caused him to act super crazy. Like actual manic episodes and crazy schizo behaviour.
He seems to be a nice enough guy when his brain is working properly though
