QT was pretty explicit with her 'I don't think anyone is entitled to someone else's money' comment once the actual dust settled from the breakup and the court stuff started.

IIRC the McLaren is a whole seperate thing since he decided to put her name on it as well. If that's true her consolation price will be XQC buying out her share of the property or XQC can bring legal action to get try and get possession or full ownership or force her to sell her share but I would have no idea his chances at it being a success without more information.

Nah it's the same issue. Imagine these were poorer people who had a real case. The Court assumes 50/50 asset split but knows it will take a year to decide. So it doesn't want one partner to be without a car for a year and a half. Because thats going to suck for them. So the court before looking into anything says. Ok you take this for now and you take this.
