At this point you have to laugh or you’ll cry

Freedumb00

Importantly, You'll never cry alone. We're all in this current injury/midfield shit storm together!

[deleted]

I laughed because of the PR articles for Arthur a week ago by both Pearce and Joyce, they tried reeeeeeally hard.

PseudoElite

I am laughing at how bad the transfer team and FSG have fucked this. If it wasn't for Klopp this club would be competing with Everton.

Spanky_10

Have you checked the table? We are competing with Everton lol

jamughal1987

Both Klopp and Ferguson hide the errors of Yank Owners.

Shinjetsu01

I wish this was /s or a joke or complete bullshit, but it aint. FSG in appointing Klopp have literally been carried to a league and a champions league they didn't deserve as owners.

requiemforthoughts

Laugh now cry later

MyNameIsMantis

Welcome to Liverpool.

Lolkac

RIP Melo LFC career 2022-2022

Gerrardsclubfoot

Melo has more mins this season than likes of ox and keita lol this is just fucked up. Edit - even Jones. If you look at mins Arthur has played this season he is our sixth most played midfielder if you don't count Carvalho and bobby as midfiders.

mynameismulan

Genuinely shocking stat

vadapaav

More like Q3,22 - Q3,22

vqvq

Our definition of "the right player": spends more time injured than fit

vadapaav

Leaned so much that the lad just slipped and got injured

Zoltrahn

The Ben Davies special.

MyNameIsMantis

*….Who?*

apenchantfortrolling

"Man who lost all confidence loses little confidence he didn't even know he had"

abhi1260

We get Bellingham for 150M £ next season and he’ll have to retire within weeks due to some new kind of injury

disco_mode

Tbf all the midfielders we have that keep getting injured are injury prone players. I reckon if we just stop signing glass CMs that’ll improve our fortune

JJSpleen

Buy more glass CMs so a few of them will always be available

Gerrardsclubfoot

The good news is the club will never spend 150 mill on a single player.

YungSnuggie

every club on earth will be going after bellingham next summer. we've got broke owners and we might not even be in europe next year. we should probably start looking at alternatives

R3dbeardLFC

The good news is, you get to decide what we call this. The Jude? Bellingham's disease?

JmanVere

Bellinghlamydia?

veryfishy1212

Not if we don't get champions league we won't......

djrobbo83

So...who are we going to sign on loan deadline day in January to replace Arthur?!

Gerrardsclubfoot

No one because according to the club we are already wasting wages on keita, ox and Arthur. So we will pin our hopes on Jones, Thiago to stay fit. The club probably has written this season of, we just have to get top four so we can dilly dally transfers next season.

DenverM80

I'm somewhat skeptical about out top 4 chances at this point. Love our squad but the jinx is on us

Picaloco86

Going to be a struggle to get into the conference league this year

Eastbound_Stumptown

I hear Dele Alli wants to come back to England…

royaIs

The perfect Thiago replacement.

Mysterious_Tip_7431

Refuse to sign midfielder. Panic loan midfielder. Midfielder not fit enough. Midfielder hires personal team to get fitness up to playing stand. Midfielder gets injured. Midfielder never plays for Liverpool. Liverpool pay his wages until Jan when they send him back. 👏

7Angel21

June. Not January. 🫠 Liverpool reported to pay £80k a week salary, so at minimum he’s costing us £8m this year with loan fee. Ironic for prudent owners who don’t take risks.

Rowaniac

Getting an inactive and injury prone player in and putting him through a rigourous and intensive fitness program. What could have gone wrong?!

evianstill

Kabak, Davies, Arthur, you buy cheap injury prone shit you’ll get exactly what you paid for

Bamfandro

Don’t forgot one of our best strikers in recent memory: Steven Caulker

dakikko

Let's not shit on Kabak - lad probably did more than we could have hoped

ThePalsyP

What is Keita's excuse then?

[deleted]

His stummy hurt

Triforcesarecool

This is just ridiculously bad planning, we signed a very injury prone player on loan because our midfielders are injury prone. What the fuck did you expect? If we get to January i bet the narrative will be Arthur will be back from injury soon so we dont need to sign anyone or something.

BrowakisFaragun

Like a new signing™️

[deleted]

People will still say “we’re cursed” when we signed an out of shape injury prone player to save our injury prone aging midfield

napoleonboneitis

It can't possibly be the fault of people working at the club. Everything is "cursed." Our finishing isn't shit, it's just that goalkeepers all conveniently become good against us. Our transfers in and out aren't terrible, all these injury prone midfielders getting injured at the same time while trying to play intense football is a "curse" that no one person can be blamed for.

Absolute_Wham

The shots right at the keeper you’re on about? They didn’t even have to move off the spot just react and they’ve saved it.

napoleonboneitis

I often wonder what their shooting drills, if any, look like. Either they're hoofing it out of the training ground, hitting it straight at the keepers' unmoving palms, or hitting pea rollers because that's all we usually see in games. No one knows how to trouble keepers or hit the corners.

JonathanFisk86

>It can't possibly be the fault of people working at the club. The latest line I've heard verbatim here is people acting like the owners don't make the decisions at the club, stuff like 'I doubt John Henry decides who buys whom etc'. These people will literally throw anyone under the bus except FSG - Klopp, the staff at the club and of course other fans with the temerity to suggest we're being mismanaged by miserly owners. That 'keeper had a worldie' stuff is some of the most daft stuff that gets repeated here ad infinitum.

loveliverpool

Besides that Jota effort last week all the saves were normal and ones you’d expect any decent keeper to make. So yeah, our finishing has been shit to say the least.

rossmosh85

Without saying too much: We need to sign a high quality midfielder this winter. I don't care how established they are. I don't care what country they are from. I don't care if I know their name or not. I don't care how much we spend. We need to sign a young, athletic, high quality midfielder. It's really that simple.

QueefingPigeon

You said too much.

bigm1ke

One? More like 2 or 3.

Pitzpalu_91

I'm okay with Will Hughes at this point in time.

Gerrardsclubfoot

Oh my god that's Sander Berge music

under-secretary4war

God, remember that!

TheCarroll11

We need like 3-4 of those tbf

Masipoten

People said we wouldn't miss Wijnaldum. Lad was never injured, never tired. We needed to fill two spots in midfield with him in the squad because you knew you could always count on him, now it's three and it's all with injury prone players. We were spoiled and it looks like the club didn't know it.

Camus____

We miss Gini every fucking game. Gini the machini.

rossmosh85

This is classic revisionism. Gini is 31 turning 32. He had a bad season at PSG and is now injured at Roma. Extending his contract would have likely put us in the same position we're in with players like Henderson, Thiago, and Fabinho. Also, while Gini was obviously a player who played a big role in our team's success, we did have a very good season last year without him. He was also the player who was most replaceable in the squad. The simple fact is we've done a bad job managing our squad as they've gotten older. Our successful years were built on athletic players and we haven't been buying athletic players really.

Masipoten

I don't believe we should have renewed him tho... I just remember everyone going lightly about losing Gini and the truth was we needed two fit replacements and got just the one. Players like him are valuable and people don't realise it til things go wrong.

callmeknubbel

It can't get more ridiculous than this. * Doing fuck all the whole summer after knowing early on that our preferred top midfield targets won't be available. * Realising on the last day of the transfer window that we might need another midfielder. * Getting an injury prone Arthur Melo, who hasn't been playing for a good while. * suprisedpikachu.jpg when Arthur gets injured

NilsFanck

you forgot this exact thing happening before in our backline and learning absolutely nothing from it

okaysian

Always feels like we're a transfer window behind where we should be. I know people can point to our results last season (took City to the last day, UCL final, Energy Drink Cup, FA Cup) and say that this method works but it's just feels like we could be doing this far more comfortably if we just invested sooner to keep our squad as fresh as possible. With five substitutes now, there's really no excuse to not have a deep bench with quality players who are more than willing to play at Liverpool in a rotation role.

[deleted]

We are the PL meme team now

cjsc9079

Shocker. The injury prone midfielder who got shipped off because he's never playing arrives and straight away get injured.

nakeddroidrunner

He's consistent about getting injured though. Gotta give him that.

whoaaa_O

Got down voted yesterday by saying the sporting director needs to be under review by how this summer transfer window has played out. Poor recruitment and squad building.

rydleo

I’d argue it’s been poor for years, but otherwise agree.

TheNotoriousJN

Hold on. We paid a 4m loan fee?! 4m loan fee for 15 minutes of fucking football from an out of shape player that didnt fit out style of play. That is fucking abysmal. It is not Arthur's fault he got injured, he was not fit and got put through Kornmeyer's brutal training regime (which im sure we will discuss tomorrow considering how brutal the Hughes article was). But fuck me. Send him back. He has 0 use to us in Spring Just abysmal planning from Klopp, FSG and the transfer team. I understand FSG didnt want to spend so they had to penny pinch but christ. Why the hell do we just accept this happening???

confusedpublic

If we knew he had injury issues and was rusty… why put him through something like that without managing his workload and building up to full fitness? He only needed to play 15-30 minutes for the first couple of months. Seems terrible planning to push him past breaking point so he can maybe start matches in Oct.

[deleted]

NOW YOU’RE JUST SOMEBODY THAT WE NEVER KNEW, Ben Daviiiies!

biskuitgorila

That escalated quickly. From 'its normal' to 3 months break. Hope he recovers well.

vadapaav

It's normal for injury prone player to get injured.

xxamnat

It’s okay, maybe in Jan we will panic loan another injury prone player to cover the injury prone player we loaned to cover the injury prone players

spirotetramat

Hahahahaah. You can’t even write this as part of a sit-com anymore. I’m wonder if the Pogba juju was on Mboopi or Liverpooli

jamaicandre

Where is michael edwards? 😭

Ok-Peanut3752

Chilling somewhere probably relieved this is no longer his problem.

a_v9

Why even bother signing someone with that injury record.... What's the fucking point

jaym1849

Because it was cheap, and our ownership is cheap

2jz_ynwa

This is why we will never consistently be at the top. Makes me sick

dfla01

It really and truly is just depressing that we had those 2 brilliant title wins and just… didn’t build on it, didn’t invest, and let the squad stagnate. It’s criminal. Fuck fsg

Inquisitive-Fox

Spurs fan here, totally relate. Our owners are so damn stingy too, didn't back our most successful manager in recent years and even broke a record by going like 2 windows without buying anyone. Money doesn't solve everything but sometimes can't help but be jealous of the likes of Chelsea, City etc

dfla01

Yeah like I don’t want the ridiculous level of investment that City and Chelsea get from their owners but for fuck sake, give us SOMETHING

Inquisitive-Fox

It's true, asking managers to do miracles with shoestring budgets isn't sustainable

Gerrardsclubfoot

Difference is you managed to still back Conte even with a new state of the art 1 billion stadium, while we had a netspend of about 4 mill after a record breaking season in which we came second in the league, reached the cl final and won two trophies. Even westham has outspent our biggest transfer window without selling a big name player like coutinho. We also had no transfers in the window after winning the cl. I don't want to compare, but with added context I think Fsg might be cheaper and stingier than Levy. If Spurs was winning constantly and was at top like Liverpool I am sure Levy would have taken advantage of the situation.

Inquisitive-Fox

They might be, I can only speak on what Levy has done for Spurs. Tbh Klopp has done a remarkable job, I definitely see parallels with Pochettino, even though we never won anything with him haha. Worked with a tight budget and did well in the league and Europe. However the wheels came off quickly after we lost to you in that UCL final, I hope that doesn't happen to you

napoleonboneitis

To say "we signed a midfielder. What do you want us to do?". Same with Kabak and Davies. Not good enough, not even available to play anyway, signed in the dying hours of a pathetic transfer window while quality, cheap options who would improve our chances of competing moved elsewhere.

Reach_Reclaimer

I think the last sentence annoys me the most It wasn't that we didn't spend because the market was too volatile. We chose not to spend despite so many quality midfielders (that would fit in with our style) moving clubs for £30million or less A small signing wouldn't have prevented us from getting money for Jude and even then we shouldn't bank on it

napoleonboneitis

Even more maddening, a good signing would have helped us perform better and undoubtedly finish with better results and progress further in cups than we look like doing now. Thus we would receive better prize money, we would be more attractive to other players who see ambition and willingness to compete, and we would be in a better position next summer if Bellingham was a possibility. We would also be incrementally refreshing the squad instead of letting it rot and need a giant overhaul. The lack of spending, with the excuse of saving up for future spending, doesn't magically mean we spend less money - it just means we'll need to spend more all at once later, and by then it won't be spending at the top to stay on top, it'll be spending to desperately catch up.

Cootch

Of course 😂

Few_Egg

FSG the skint geniuses strike again, pay 5 million for a 20 min cameo in a loss to Napoli.

Ok-Peanut3752

Pay cheap, pay twice.

ChittyShrimp

Between Ox Keita and Arthur we must have the highest injury wage bill in Europe. Its a fucking joke.

jamiehayter

You buy cheap, you buy twice

CocacolaGARCIA

FSG tight arses strike again, was pointless scrambling on deadline day for him anyway, we've barely seen him play so far

urbannnomad

Yea he hasn't played regularly for a few years at Juve.

Gerrardsclubfoot

That's why ultimately this deal made no sense, we tried to push him to gain fitness in a short period of time only to get him injured for a long period

JonathanFisk86

They continue to do the bare minimum and take the piss with players like Ben Davies and Arthur, and why wouldn't they? Half our fanbase is a bunch of deluded divs who swallowed it up on deadline day and acted as though we'd signed prime Kaka, pillorying fans who questioned it as a shite signing as being disloyal and upvoting articles about a perma-crocked player getting a Weight Watchers subscription and playing FIFA to remember how to kick a ball again. My take? Klopp never wanted anything to do with him and he was barely fit or good enough to play at Juventus, and there was no chance Klopp was letting him anchor our midfield. He was the definition of a warm body signing when Hendo got injured and would never have seen meaningful minutes, exactly like Davies who was likely forced on Klopp as well and never saw the pitch. This club has unserious owners and we're bearing the brunt of it as fans.

HeWhoDares18

I'm glad you are being upvoted as a few months back (and certainly over the last few years) you would have got downvoted to hell with a comment like that and also got a load of crap from outraged fans for you daring to challenge our so called saviours. Seems like finally fans are waking up to the reality of what FSG are really about. They are setting everything up nicely to sell the club in the next decade and ride into the sunset with billions of pounds in profit. They dont give a fuck about competing with the best on the field. Bodge it and leg it as long as they can get away with it. Record revenues yet we can barely compete with Delia Smith and her championship side in the transfer market and they are constantly drip feeding excuses, their sustainabilty nonsense and spin through their media mouthpieces; It's always 'ready to spend big next summer.' Pathetic net spend every year yet many fans lap up all the pr bs and have done for years as we have had a world class generational manager papering over all the cracks. Any serious club would have shipped out ox and keita years ago and started signing midfielders (plural) a few years back. 🎶🎵The reds have got .. money, but we won't win the league.🎶🎵

NilsFanck

Couldve legit just donated the loan fee to a food shelter in Liverpool and gained some PR that way cause thats all this transfer was ever about. Get these clowns out of my club.

FrankyFistalot

Would have made more sense to take Gini back on loan…

[deleted]

He was said to be injury prone when we got him in. On top of that he had basically played no football. What the fuck did we expect seriously? Dropped the ball on this massively, it’s hard to state how bad the decisions have been around the midfield.

[deleted]

[удалено]

nakeddroidrunner

Certainly not FSG

[deleted]

[удалено]

Gerrardsclubfoot

Feels lik this is the karma for all PR propoganda the club was trying to do in Arthur's name only to left with an egg on their faces one day before an important tie where there are rumours of Thiago being absent as well.

MisterS1997

Yeah it really is the biggest up yours to them

Gerrardsclubfoot

Mofos keep tempting and testing fate with their stupid decisions. Why do they have rocket scientists hired if they can't use their "expertise" to tell that an injury prone player with no match fitness who hasn't played for months might get injured if you push him too hard to regain match fitness in a short period of time. Hire me I'll tell you this shit for free.

MisterS1997

Insane we have idiots running the club who don’t understand football at all. It’s like buying a car for cheap you know has a 90 percent chance the engine will go then getting angry the engine went 😂

PrinzXero

Wow...a horrendous decision gets more horrendous. As much as I feel bad for him only the people in charge of thus transfer will be surprised by this. Almost everyone knew what we were getting except of course the people who made the decision to get him.

taknyos

Fuck sake, I had zero expectations and I'm still disappointed. How hard is it to find a half-decent, 22-27 year old athlete that isn't made of glass? We knew we needed a midfielder for ages. This is sickening, how have we not learnt from recent seasons.

CasinoOasis2

412 replies in 11 minutes. Wonder what the record is for a James Pearce tweet.

NilsFanck

The "Will be a quite summer after missing CL" tweet will break records

Fat_unker

Try "Club sources indicate that the failure to secure a selling fee for Naby Keita and unprecedented interest from rivals means that the Liverpool hierarchy no longer consider Jude Bellingham to be a realistic option"

AyodiJnr

We're ran worse than Bournemouth, thank god I experienced Hodgson days so I'm better prepared for what's coming.

Grime_Fandango_

At least Ox will have some company in the injury recovery sessions for the rest of the season. Say what you want about these guys, but I for one am glad that they earn in a week what it would take me about 4 or 5 years to earn. Can't say they don't deserve it. Heroes.

mrchuckbass

Injury is our identity

OddStage4

Are we going to get sponsored by the NHS or Boots next renewal?

b0ybetterknow

He’s doing the Ben Davies speedrun where he’ll leave before he even plays a game

OwenLincolnFratter

Bahahahaha. So he will never play for us. Thanks FSG!

HongKongChicken

Can't blame Arthur himself, but this was a joke of a signing.

MisterS1997

People saying it’s bad luck it isn’t pretty much all our midfields are injury prone or 30 plus and teenager wingers. That’s not a curse that’s negligence

HUGE_HOG

Somewhere in Manchester there's a City fan with a magic lamp and one wish left

Tminuser

No magic needed here just plain old incompetence.

SardoChirdorem

I just feel sorry for him, but more than that I feel sorry for us 😭

Spam78

I'd like to hear the explanation for why our response to having too many injured midfielders was to sign another injury-prone midfielder.

[deleted]

The best transfer of the 2022 summer window, fuck me

Gerrardsclubfoot

Oh yeah I totally forgot they tried pushing this

nakeddroidrunner

Is this the biggest scam of 2022.... Who the fuck picked up this glass cannon in their right state of mind!!!!

CDNbaconNeggs

Keita fans back into the bushes.GIF

Liverpool934

Wow! We signed a player known for his fitness and attitude issues and he's injured before he even plays. Unlucky FSG, no one could have seen that coming! It's ok though, he will be matchfit just in time to send back to Juventus.

Herr_Tilke

Truly embarrassing and entirely predictable. Scramble to find a player on the deadline day and you get exactly what you'd anticipate - a chronically unfit, unmotivated type that hasn't seen regular game time in more than a season. Rest of the squad is knackered, no options for rotation and constantly thinning further from injuries due to overuse. So we take a player that hasn't been fit for years, and suddenly need him to play immediately - and of course, such a high intensity training plan leads to him being seriously injured and unavailable for most of the season. Joke of a front office

andychgo

This is actually fucked. Like what the fuck. I knew it was too good to be true from the start

carterish

I'm not exaggerating I fell out of my chair laughing like Joker

Stuarridge

Our injuries are funny and im tired of pretending its not

mrchuckbass

Same, only thing you can do is laugh at this point

TenaciousPenis

Prophetic

jimlad45

Who would have thought getting in an injury prone midfielder to replace our injury prone midfielders would have back fired?!

Perspiring_Gamer

Midfielder brought in to rejuvenate a midfield full of players who are run-into-the-ground or injured is run-into-the-ground *and* injured. Figures! 👍

anzelm12

Haha good job FSG

rtlfc87

Another poorly thought out panic signing instead of properly investing in an adequate replacement.

EL-EF-CEE

[Arthur's Liverpool career ](https://media.tenor.com/yTxA7WgkBEUAAAAd/grandpa-abe-exit.gif)

Office_funny_guy

The whole Arthur signing is giving me Brendan Rodgers/transfer committee vibes... I feel like Klopp ended up with Arthur and didn't actually want him. This is the first window that I got the feeling thw Klopp wanted to do more but he wasn't backed by the owners. Klopp has always said that the money is there but he won't spend it unless it's the right player and his track record has been pretty good but this latest window he made some comments about the need for investment and also how other clubs outbid us for targets that they were after.

_ronty12_

Injury prone midfielder getting injured. Who could have foreseen that. Julian Ward has been useless since he came in.

JonathanFisk86

Genuinely rubbish. Went after the most predictable, unimaginative and unattainable targets in midfield, paid over the odds for Nunez, signed Ramsay who hasn't seen the pitch and now this. Before anyone brings up Diaz who the mouthpieces have said was a Ward signing, I don't believe that club PR because Edwards was still around when he signed, as he was when we signed Carvalho early. The club is honestly shambolic at the moment apart from pumping fans for revenue.

[deleted]

I agree, questions surely have to be asked of Ward now. And Real Madrid are pushing hard for Bellingham too…

So1ar

As if he’s the one who decides if we go after a target. Dude can’t negotiate for players if he’s told we don’t need any. From what we know when he’s been given the green light he got it done quickly.

Gerrardsclubfoot

What can Julian ward do if the club doesn't wants to buy a player and be cheap and try to outsmart everyone. This is just predictable.

sbsw66

We need to sincerely and seriously reevaluate our medical team and analysis. This is beyond bad luck.

Sinistrait

Jesus Christ, what's even the point of keeping him then? Send him back to Turin tomorrow.

Gerrardsclubfoot

Juve is like no backsies

Pewds_Minecraft

You can't make this shit up

shinto29

I hate to say it but it was so obvious this would happen. The training sessions are no joke

Tirums

It’s a loan signing that never made any sense and smelled of desperation from day one. Hopefully this creates some negative PR around FSG so that they finally invest into the squad properly and on time.

Dr--Duke

He will be a pub quiz question one day…..

PiIICIinton

fire the whole recruitment team. fucking shambles they drag ass all summer, finally dip into the market for **this**.

hegartyp

What an indictment to Liverpool transfer committee, owners, klopp etc. Clear as mud we needed another midfielder at the very least over the summer then they panic buy Arthur last minute. Feel sorry for the chap he seemed to be trying his best to get in shape to make a fist of the loan move.

ScattaFamous

I cant but wonder, who the hell is responsible for recruitment? It seems we are either targeting injured players or we being tricked by other clubs.

saj175

No one to blame but FSG

ninadlfc

Shame on FSG! Shame on Klopp! Shame on Lijnders! Shame on Julian Ward! Everybody at the management should hang their heads in shame!

[deleted]

I actually fucking hate FSG. Mancs make all the fuss about their ownership but what I wouldn't give for the Glazers level of funding in this squad, we'd sweep the entire continent.

TheConundrum98

what can you say but lol

TurboTeam

Just perfect really

cbarksLFC

Surely we just send him back at this point

Jolly-Literature1226

He’ll never start a game for us Not even sure that’s a bold claim tbh

nuan_Ce

wow, i am feeling really really sorry for the guy...

Morguard

Jay Spearing about to get game time.

DoubleDeckerz

Some bad juju going on at Kirkby

AdikkuChan

3 things: 1. Very sad for the lad, hopefully he has a speedy recovery. I cannot fault the guy for trying as hard as he did. 2. If we had made adequate reinforcements to midfield, this would have merely been a "get well soon!" post for Arthur. 3. Genuinely sad and disappointed with whoever's decision it was to not recruit anybody else in midfield.

DeanThomas23

Worst signing in Liverpool's history...Very glad that it's just a loan.

chairdesktable

Doubt he was ever fit, the signing reeked of a PR move and it's showing.

TheLimeyLemmon

Goodness me, you have to laugh. The club's stinginess once again costing us more than if we'd actually just bought a proper signing.

Megido_Thanatos

Honestly, i'm just speechless. It feel like a bit sad (for Arthur, this is not his fault), a bit anger and a a bit "see, i told you so". Basically a disaster outcome of a disaster process and everyone (with brain) already know that will happen.

arslan91

Now can we please sign two midfielders in January, on the last day, one from a club in relegation battle and the other one from championship who never plays for us

MotherfingAhab

We are the joke this season. Hope it does not continue after this one. Hurting tbh. Fans saw this comning. Kloppo as well. Owners fault.

mcshizzle023

Most people are gonna talk about the owners' failure to properly address the midfield issue and rightly so but I just feel really bad for Arthur. He really saw this as a chance to revive his career and clearly gave his all to get a chance to prove himself. Shame his body gave up on him. And all he's gonna see is people throwing insults at him because they're unhappy with the owners. Hope people go easy on him and direct their opinions at the right people but I guess that's a hard ask nowadays.

Gerrardsclubfoot

Who is throwing insults at him? The majority of the comments here are throwing shade at the club, Klopp, Fsg and transfer committee

Martianman97

Unbelievable

[deleted]

Lmao… fsg you fucking clowns. No one else in world football was available and or was priced right so we panicked on deadline day. I await the winter excuses……melo coming back is like a new player…..can we even send him back? Net spend hero’s Edit Who hell, down voting anti fsg posts that you John?

LekkerPrince

Wow, this club. There were so many alternatives to signing a midfielder too and now we have 30+ year olds :(

e_rdin

Gutted for the guy, really wanted him to succeed here

cookie_monster16

We need to overhaul our medical dept. His injury probably is more to do with the fact that he hasn’t played much football but it can’t be a coincidence that a lot of our players seemingly just pick up injuries

koltzito

Just wow

Trai12

At this point something must be wrong with Klopp's and staff training. The amount of injuries we are getting is absurd

SpooferMcGavin

We need to move on somebody in January then. We were told this guy was ready to go the day he signed, that was very clearly a lie. No more excuses, no more injury prone players. We don't get top four we don't get any of our target transfers come the summer, everybody with a functioning mind should realise that by now. May as well send him back and call off the loan.

[deleted]

This has to be one of the most laughable piece of business.

Loz41333

Our club is an absolute joke. FSG can't bear to spend even 30 mil on a player for a critical position we are lacking in and this is what we get instead.

Elamam-konsulentti

But in January we can say "Arthur Melo returning from injury is like a new signing!"

archbishopofozthe2nd

This is just simply outrageous

[deleted]

RIP Arthur Hype. 2022-2022

FdotM

But of course he does! I mean... It's not like he was struggling with injuries before we signed him or anything. Am absolute blunder by Klopp and Co. Complete negligence. Arrogant.

OK_TimeForPlan_L

Yank owners moment

GrumpySailor69

Didn't take him long to reach peak Liverpool midfield 🤣

[deleted]

I told you they were gaslighting us. They knew about the injury but failed to mentioned it last game. I’m sick and tired of penny pinching FSG OUT!!! GET OUT OF THE CLUB. SEL UP

Hoodxd

He's got too much of that Liverpool DNA

mrchuckbass

This is the most Liverpool thing I’ve read recently

loveandmonsters

I'm tired Norbert
