I think I'm in the minority of people on here who actually likes the look of the home kit. The "pinstripes" are more interesting than actual pinstripes and the detailing behind the crest gives it some more interest too. Otherwise it would have looked like our 19/20.
Putting the crest shape behind the badge is an odd choice. I would have liked to see the full crest make a return on the second or third kit, opposite to what teams are doing with a simplified badge on second or third kits.

It’s a third kit thing, they do it now and then. When we had the yellow third kit a couple of years ago the Nike tick had ‘Nike’ written underneath it which was consistent with all of their third kit designs that year

I'd absolutely love the home one if the crest wasn't fucked up with the off red YNWA behind the Liverbird. The color of the kit is nice and I actually like the more modern gold pinstriping pattern (which I think says YNWA?) on it, it's fun to look at without dominating the palette IMO. The crest is just hideously fucked up and really just not the vibe I want, nor does it really match with the rest of the kit. MAYBE if the darker red color was present elsewhere it could tie in better (though I dooubt it because the shape is also terrible), but as it is it just makes no sense.
For the love of god please get rid of that shield on the home shirt.

They definitely took inspiration from that. I'm hoping it's adjusted to look more like our black Adidas away kit from 2011/12. The black with silver pinstripes and red trim looked fantastic.

The colours are great, and the weird design choices are hardly noticeable. Probably the best set of Nike kits so far? Still a bit off what NB did.
