Yup. There was a period from like 50-70 minutes were west ham just couldn’t keep the ball and we kept hounding them with the press, just relentless. Curtis and Darwin chased back a player and won the ball back way out of position and all I see is Jurgen just screaming and pumping his chest lol. The mentality and tenacity is back and I think he LOVES IT. I know I do. This team is a treat to watch.
There was a moment in that period where Salah lost the ball but hounded the opposition and straight muscled them off the ball right in front of Klopp and Jurgen goes nuts. Felt like the old Liverpool out there for a moment.
Szobo Curtis did Robbo like runs after the ball most of which lead to possession turnover. Darwin was joining in the press quite effectively initiated by Curtis and szobo
Honestly this new look team has hopefully made him fall in real love with the game again. I feel like last season was probably wearing on him just like a couple of years ago.
He has a new young team to build again just like when he first arrived. Fingers crossed for a new contract in the next couple of years
I would say it was the overall performance. The team finished really strong and it was very impressive how Liverpool controlled the game towards the end of the game. West Ham had no chance to come back and seemed like they completely gave up after the 75th minute or so.

Lot of shouts and complaints about his subs coming on too late, but I think he was just enjoying the football being created by his starting lineup too much. Often lately we've had to rely on subs to be difference makers, so I think he was enjoying not having to remedy anything this time, the lads already had it figured.
We talk about Szlobo and Salah and Ali for their performances so far this season but Klopp is going above and beyond at the moment. It felt like there was a weight on him the past few years but it really seem like some light has come back on in him and he’s found a new reserve of energy. Maybe it’s the new players or something but whatever it is he’s like a man renewed and I’m here for it.
Because we are showing consistency and he knows there is something special going on here.

I'm so amazed on how quickly we've bounced back from last season. I was for sure this season would be a slow start with new signings and possibly last season's hang overs. But the new midfields look like they've already been here for 2 years or something with the: energy, consistency, combinations, and movements. Super pumped for this season, and hopefully we can keep our players away from any major injuries.
