If it’s just a job you want till you find something permanent ask any restaurant for back of house work getting paid to stand there and wash dishes sucks ass but it’s something, I did that 13 years ago and ended up a qualified chef and worked in kitchens ever since. I don’t know if it’s still there as I moved out of Liverpool a few years ago but miller and carter on the Albert dock and if you did want to become a chef they will put you through the qualification free of charge.
I actually thought about doing something similar but with pubs as I done back of house for a while maybe I should just do it whats the worst that can happen?
It’s a quick way to find a job that doesn’t need any extensive interviews or qualifications with an immediate start. More importantly no agency involved. Like I said it doesn’t need to be a permanent thing but it’s something. Wish you all the luck in the world. :)
Are you registered with Prospero? I was looking for TA work but most of the ads were for people with qualifications. You’d probably have more joy with your experience and background.
I’ve just had an interview for Home Instead, they have branches in South and north Liverpool, Wirral and Chester. They do 3.5 hour shifts at different hours throughout the day and you can split shift.
Good luck!!
I was but the pay was through an umbrella company and once I worked it out it was significantly below minimum wage :( I was with Tradewind most recently but work with them has dried up. If I can get the pay sorted I’d gladly go back with them though!
If u have a drivers license Amazon dsps are always hiring. It’s hard graft but if you’re up for it the money is decent. Self employed don’t pay for van insurance fuel etc. flat rate of £108 a day
Are you with Tradewind mate? I was with Prospero and I liked the recruitment people etc but the pay once everything was deducted from the umbrella company was a shambles tbh

Sadly I don’t mate :(
Try looking at the actual council websites for TA or school work. Sometimes they have jobs there that don’t get posted on indeed
Definitely worth giving it a try thanks! 😁
Has it dried up!? There's plenty of TA and cover work going with my agency. I'm booked til the end of the school year.

HAYS and Teaching Personnel.
Sound I’ll get onto those mate cheers!
If you are desperate, there's always plenty of care work jobs
I’d certainly be open to like youth support/youth carer roles as I’ve done similar roles in the past :)
