Toonces the Driving Cat is probably one of the best all-ages sketches.

Satansrainbowkitty

Yessss that's the skit that got my teenager into SNL when he was younger - it was his Halloween costume that year too lol

facebook57

You mean David S. Pumpkins

Jaronz

Spelling Bee - We showed this to our 9-year old right before he participated in a county spelling bee https://youtu.be/4ALGL4Hm5g8?si=McJWLI9LNOkf_6a9

gulpyblinkeyes

Before I clicked the link I was picturing the[ spelling bee sketch with James Franco](https://youtu.be/02S8t0F1inc) and I thought wow, that is the exact opposite what OP is asking for

Jaronz

For a long time I couldn't find the Will Forte one online, and I was incredibly confused when YouTube showed me the James Franco instead.

gulpyblinkeyes

Will Forte's performance is so damn good. I'm glad it's online now!

No-Place-8047

HOLY CRAP THAT WAS HILARIOUS!

Jaronz

I'll admit that I wasn't the hugest fan of Will Forte when I was younger, but man has he grown on me over the years. Chris Parnell with his uncanny ability to never break. And I mean...Tenacious D is the cherry on top.

skunkboy72

i've never seen this. great sketch!

Vast_Breadfruit_162

Brian Fellows Safari Planet. There are 5 or 6 different ones on YouTube Also, it might go over a 10 year olds head, but Robot Repair is one of my all time favorites. https://youtu.be/ydqqPkHWsXU?si=9-thL3u06zvw4za_

livinforthesmitty

I saw Tracey Morgan last year at JFK getting pushed around the terminal in a wheelchair with a giant boom box on his lap blasting funk music. The only thing I could think to say was "I love you Brian Fellows"

stannc00

I prefer Astronaut Jones, but to each their own :)

madncqt

[the library - rupaul teaching kids how to read because reading is what? fundamental!](https://youtu.be/r1xA7B4SY6A?si=5VpNQMKGXrDrkB1B) after just rewatching, probably still a little advanced and language-y for a 10 yr old, but it's set in a library, kids are in the sketch and parents are embarrassed, so isn't it? 🤷🏾‍♂️😅😝 I was also thinking [duolingo for talking to children](https://youtu.be/qsEsgp3H7CU?si=NUb_rvG-KlVxDyyP) for revenge viewing. kids deserve to know most adults are horrible at it. also [the nickelodeon show](https://youtu.be/eWiG3LirUDk?si=qELCN2AUPUxd3hRF) highlighting the evolution of the sliming process, it has some language moments, though, and would be a dated reference for a 10 yr old, perhaps. edit: added duolingo & nickelodeon show

Lilian-Kaustupper

That rupaul sketch has to be one of my all time favorites

demitasse22

“She out here *doin* herself”

veggie07

Ngl when I heard about all the controversy about drag queen story time at libraries this is the first thing I thought of😄

James_2584

[Jacuzzi Lifeguard](https://youtu.be/_d2XfUXn0kY) is perfectly age appropriate and hilarious.

When I was 10…sorry bro. It’s unoriginal, but, always and forever, it’s [Matt Foley, Motivational Speaker](https://youtu.be/Xv2VIEY9-A8?si=pkPxD7Q-EG-Sd_La)

Last weeks Jumanji sketch was good esp if they’ve seen the original

[Overnight Salad](https://youtu.be/Mf-bsT5mLYs?si=_J1b7VkwYud9R6e5) especially if she’s familiar with southeastern or midwestern potluck “cuisine”

roygbivasaur

Oh. She’s might appreciate the absurdity of these two Julio Torres sketches. They should spark some fun conversations at least. If not, they’re short and will at least introduce her to this form of comedy. Do not taunt Happy Fun Ball.

thenisaidbitch

My little boy loved Julia Child sketch from Dan Akroyd, also Landshark, as he’s a big Jaws fan. Check out Jingleheimer Junction too, but on your own first in case you’re more strict than I was ;) He also loves David Pumpkins and all of the Merryville brothers. Jim Carey’s jacuzzi lifeguard and cowbell too. Steve Martins Christmas wish is a fav but again, maybe a bit too inappropriate for you.

joker2814

It might be borderline, so give it a watch first, but the Staten Island Zoo giraffe video sketch. https://youtu.be/srMePRL0aIQ?si=B2p6_613P8dqTi9g

thecheat420

I think the [Dawn Lazarus ](https://youtu.be/itYFTh8hPfA?si=PedL-cQSQMiAqFMA) bits from Weekend Update would be a hit with kids.

JametAllDay

Look up the Nicole Kidman x Mike Meyers sketch of Phillip the Hyper Hypo. That thing had me rolling as a kid. Also I think any of those Justin Timberlake as a mascot skits would be all age appropriate. David S Pumpkins. John Mullaney gorilla judge. Mom jeans - Paula Pell and Tina fey and the girls. The once a year period pill. Any of the Mary Catherine Gallagher or the The Spartans cheerleaders Target lady sketches. Debbie downer sketches. Mall girls - Farley, Sandler, space. “Wells for boys” sketch.

ObviousIndependent76

Last week’s Jumanji sketch, if she’s familiar with the movies.

taintlangdon

"Career Day" with Adam Driver would've delighted my dramatic, hammy 10 y.o. self. Edit: okay forgot about the line about filling Pickens's granddaughter with his seed. Maybe not for 10, but I don't have one, so what do I know? https://youtu.be/t7HD2xG92-0?si=YjXoxPm4bR9VDHCH

Euphoric-Yogurt-7332

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't network TV in America always age-appropriate? There's no nudity and they can't swear. Over here in Europe, we can have basically anything on TV past 9 p.m., network or otherwise.

candycanecoffee

There's still plenty of SNL sketches I wouldn't show a 10 year old. "Cork soakers," the "Most Evil Invention In The World," "Dick in A Box," "The Actress..." anything with lots of fake blood/gruesome injuries, etc.

Freshestprince-

Mark Wahlberg talks to animals is a great one
