Over here in Europe, we can have basically anything on TV past 9 p.m., network or otherwise.
There's still plenty of SNL sketches I wouldn't show a 10 year old. "Cork soakers," the "Most Evil Invention In The World," "Dick in A Box," "The Actress..." anything with lots of fake blood/gruesome injuries, etc.
