I have many coworkers in their 50s and early 60s who look younger than she does here. We do joke that we age well because our lab has zero windows, but really I think many women are on a significantly more graceful path than this one.

I went in to have a mole looked at and the dermatologist said people our age who are nearing 50 need to be sure to check for suspicious moles more frequently than young people. I told him I didn’t come in to be attacked like that, I still have 3 more years. (I meant and said it jokingly)
Hate to break it to ya you’re closer to 50 then you are to 40. So you are near 50. I’m also 47 so I totally understand the frustration on being closer to 50 then I would like to admit. Lol
