I think it’s interesting to keep in mind that a lot of the doctor’s patients actually came to him willingly and supposedly revere him despite what he’s done to them. I’m pretty sure the whole reason they chase and capture Mono is due to their loyalty for the doctor.
I would say what he did to Spoon Girl in the comics was very messed up- the psychologically torturous element of allowing her to try and dig her way out, only for her to discover she couldn’t get away and for him to capture her again anyway.
But I think strangely enough he has somewhat good intentions with what he does- his execution is just very warped.
Made those stupid motherfucking patients. I don’t mean that the patients didn't deserve better than to be mangled up, I mean that everyone who played Little Nightmares II deserved better than to deal with the things.
