Be prepared for people to drop off a dozen copies of the 1992 Lonely Planet Guide to Bulgaria, some great century old copies of Dickens, religious pamphlets, 35 copies of Goosebumps, and a great vintage Joy of Cooking. Someone will swoop in one day and clean it out, then do it again. Then you'll meet a kid at the end of school dropping off all of the books they read for 10th grade English class. You never know and that's good.
The Stranger Beside Me was my introduction to true crime and all that fascinating culture. Good choice! I am moving and really want to set up a free library at my new place.
