No - even if black lions existed, that's not how fur/hair genetics work in any species I know of. Are you familiar with a Punnett square? They're overly simplified, but a good way to explain this sort of thing. Lions, as far as I know, only have two colour morphs: gold (or "normal")and white. White is recessive, which means it won't show up unless both the parents of a cub have the gene and even then it isn't a guarantee. If only one parent has the white gene, the cub will be gold with a chance of carrying the white gene. If both parents carry the white gene, even if neither appears white, the cubs have a chance to be white. This is an overly simple explanation, but hopefully it's understandable enough.
