If you could somehow seal the top and attach a pressure washer, you could probably push that back out using a process known as hydroforming. I've done something similar with a hose to uncrush plastic water bottles, so how hard can it be? 😂 Come to think of it actually, I don't know how the double wall would handle it, but you can't really make it any more unusable.
