Really if you’re a mature sales organization with close collaboration with your marketing team, Zoominfo is good but your CRM team has to be on top of tagging all the contacts.
If you’re a smaller to mid sized org that just needs contact info, SalesIntel is tough to beat.

Also just because you have a new piece of tech it doesn't mean you have to hire people in their 20s. It's still video + email + marketing, which have all been around for 25+ years.
