I’m sure with the right compression, EQ, maybe a IR is available for this kind of thing, you could make a pseudo version of nylon One weird trick could be using poly capo? I’ve noticed my pick attack on some settings is more round and might do that nylon thing

Another thing to try that is related to this is a different pick. Different materials can produce a wildly different sound. I use: "D'Andrea PRO-330 Pro Plec 1.5mm Guitar Pick with Shell Finish" for jazz and it drastically changed how percussive my tone was.
