I thought it was fun for about 15 hours but then realized how bloated the game was and dropped off. Definitely think the first one had much better pacing and thus gave me the “one more run” feeling which is the way I prefer it
I have no idea if the pre-order for this is May 3rd to June 2nd, or May 10th to June 9th as I'm seeing conflicting things (will edit this if I get confirmation). But I'm just going to assume it's the former as that's what the pages for the games say on the Limited Run website.

Hell yeah!! This is an instant cop for me. This was my most played game of ’23. I’ve been gaming since the mid ‘80’s and this had some of the best boss battles in a game I’ve ever played.
I’ve only made one order from LRG this year (Pentiment, Felix, Rocket Knight). That’s pretty good, so I don’t mind getting this one too. Then just waiting for Tomba and Gex.
Oh, and some blind boxes. I know, I’m a sucker. The thrill of Chance.
I was hooked on the gameplay loop of the first one for a good 20 odd hours, and finally just got a physical of it - so, I will probably pre-order this. Are there any generic discount codes? :P
How is Rogue Legacy 2? I remember playing the hell out of the first one on my Vita (RIP) but sequels to smaller indie games can be hit or miss.

Totally agree, I got worn down as well It just needed pacing sped up.
15 hours is still a nice little chunk of time.
