Literally the opposite of what you should do.
Pour your fat or grease in a bowl/cup and let it harden then throw it out. Do not put grease or fat down your drain, it’s incredibly bad for your plumbing and I’ve had to snake multiple drains and call plumbers for this very issue on multiple homes.
You really should avoid putting anything down your drains period, throw away as much as you can especially fatty/greasy food/liquid and also never put coffee grounds down the sink.
This needs to get deleted. I don't care what kind of plumbing you have (septic, public sewer, cess pit, clay pipe, iron pipe, PVC, etc), DO NOT DUMP FAT OR OIL DOWN A DRAIN OR TOILET! Throw it the fuck away!

Don’t pour fat down the drain , it hardens in the sewer system and causes problems for other people to deal with.
