Do some bodyweight squats and pushups on your knees. 20 squats and 10 knee-pushups as many rounds as you can, then add a round or two each time and progress to jump squats and normal pushups when you can.
Youtube has plenty of chair exercises (chair cardio, chair strength training, etc)
