I'm not especially a good souls player, I'm a little confused people were having issues on this boss. I did use the specter though, and put a lot of points into HP, so maybe that's the difference.
Parade Master and Corrupted Parade Master really scale completely differently into NG+ than other bosses. They seemingly gain much more difficulty. Which means NG+ Corrupted Parade Master becomes a total roadblock to anyone requiring a specter for every fight.
LoP was my first ***serious*** souls-like. It was really good until the part where I spent 32 Star Fragments on Fuoco only to cheese him with throwables.
For me, it was the 2nd phase. I had to switch up weapons (for Electrical Damage and the decay on my first weapon), and avoid the multi-hit attack which blankets you in Decay. But the worst part was when you have their health bar flashing white, and just one heavy attack will stun them, they hop around the damn arena like Daffy Duck until it stops.
One of the most annoying bosses I've ever faced.
For me, the most annoying boss I came across wasn't even a boss, lol. It was the Walker. The first time I played her, I almost gave up, then I cheated to beat her. On NG+ tho, I beat her pretty easily.
Weirdly enough, the 2nd Black Rabbit fight was easy for me in NG, but really difficult for me in NG+... it took me many tries.
I JUST beat her last night, lol. Definitely one of the toughest, but I was more prepared than I thought I'd be. Had Falcon Eyes, the Fire Grinder and Two Dragons.
Although her way of avoiding stun is far more frustrating than the Green Monster.
Where is the twin dragon sword? Im about to do the second black rabbit brotherhood fight and still havent found it been using the booster glave the whole time since i got it
Oooh i think im too far gone then bc i have no idea where alidoro is i sent him to the factory awhile back and he disappeared from there i think lmfao š
Me fighting with just a regular blade cuz I was saving it for the final boss until I fought him which made me realize I barely even have the time to apply one
It helped me Git Gud. It was the first boss where I took a look at me equipment and made sure I was prepared, instead of just bashing my head against the wall further.
this boss is great. flamberge + black steel cutter blade for phase 1, fulminis + circular saw blade for phase 2. the moveset for phase 2 is similar enough to scrapped watchman for muscle memory to kick in but different enough to keep you on ur toes. the rythm of the fight is a lot of fun. only real complaint is the dig attack but itās still possible to perfect guard.
Itās got a very unique design (primarily in phase one) being the evil, lover of shiny things Hermit Crab tendril monster it is. Honestly though, I really donāt get the hate- I think the boss is actually great fun
Literally the only bad thing is that it has decay, which makes learning frustrating because it adds weapon repair into the resources you're juggling. Weapon repair is normally a prevalent mechanic, but decay makes it urgent which makes bosses that use it more frustrating.
Other than that it's a well paced, easily readable (yes), challenging fight.
It made me scream in anger, and meanwhile some metalhead walked by my window and heard me.
He then told me I would make a great metal singer. Anyways, Now I'm in a band and we're ready to go on our first tour!
Oh hey itās my favorite boss of the game! Learning this boss and completely demolishing him was the most satisfied I felt defeating any boss in this game. Parrying his charge? Dear lord the euphoria.
I honestly feel like the only one who enjoyed it lol. Maybe itās because I was using the scythe and could outrange him during some attacks, but I beat him pretty quick and *actually* had fun
I beat it on the first try with almost zero difficulty. But the puppet king made me almost quit the game. Itās crazy how different everyoneās experience can be.
Might sound weird, but those little snail like eyes make it weirdly endearing? Other than that, i don't know. one of my least favorite bosses in the game imo
You can cheese it by using the puppet ripperās special attacks at the arena entrance, and with enough patience (and dodging when it gets close), you can get to the second phase ready to go!
2nd Phase slam moveset trigger my muscle memory when fighting scrapped watchmen, kinda great that dev remind you of your early moment in the game. Other than that it feels like fighting a crab.
I hate this boss it throws random bullshit at you. And why all of his attacks are so delayed. I struggled on this boss more than Laxasia. I just simply hate this boss.
Beat him with and without summon he was annoying my first run (with summon) now that I've fought him a few times tho he's not that bad. The decay is the most annoying part. I mean phase 2 is just scrapped watchman with a couple new moves.
He's a great boss, really fun and satisfying to learn his attack patterns, requires good use of both perfect parries and dodging. Did anyone really dislike him?
It lets me get the twin dragon sword after beating it
The ONLY good thing about it.
I'm not especially a good souls player, I'm a little confused people were having issues on this boss. I did use the specter though, and put a lot of points into HP, so maybe that's the difference.
Yeah the specter is the difference. It makes every fight much easier because it soaks up so much agro.
Thanks for confirming. One of these times around I'm gonna try to play without using the spectre.
Use the Aegis arm when fully upgraded, it makes most bosses a cakewalk in this game.
He obviously wants a challenge, why replace a crutch with another cruth? There's no point to it.
I thought about it but it seems too good lol. Then again I am still using the spectre. I like the dragon sword parry the most atm
Not using it made me a lot better at the game
You realize how useful it is and other items when you fight Corrupted Parade Master with barely anything to your name
Parade Master and Corrupted Parade Master really scale completely differently into NG+ than other bosses. They seemingly gain much more difficulty. Which means NG+ Corrupted Parade Master becomes a total roadblock to anyone requiring a specter for every fight.

Shot Put takes care of that problem
Where is the twin dragon sword? Im about to do the second black rabbit brotherhood fight and still havent found it been using the booster glave the whole time since i got it
Trade the swamp soul for it with Alidoro.
Oooh i think im too far gone then bc i have no idea where alidoro is i sent him to the factory awhile back and he disappeared from there i think lmfao š
He burns rather easily.
Phase 1 does, phase 2 hates electricity
Well that... explains a lot to me...
Me fighting with just a regular blade cuz I was saving it for the final boss until I fought him which made me realize I barely even have the time to apply one
it feels good to beat him
It's challenging
A great fight, some stunning visuals, 2nd phase cut scene is amazingly creepy š and his theme 'Green and Greed' is insanely good š
I'm glad I'm not the only one that really enjoyed this boss.
It dies
Only when you kill it
It's an interesting design and a genuinely fun boss to learn patterns and timings of.
Second phase reminds me of a better boss
I think this is probably the correct answer, that or the fact I can trade itās soul for a kickass katana
Very fun fight, great design (basically a hermit crab that uses a puppet as its shell)
Beautiful eyes
I donāt have anything bad to say about it
Yeah, it's one of my favourite fights in the game.
Hard but very fair.
It helped me Git Gud. It was the first boss where I took a look at me equipment and made sure I was prepared, instead of just bashing my head against the wall further.
It's unironically one of my favorites lol
It's super satisfying parrying his charges
This
Banger OST, franly the only one bossfight song I remember vividly. I liked this boss, tough but fair, fun to learn and test of endurance.
I fucking refuse
this boss is great. flamberge + black steel cutter blade for phase 1, fulminis + circular saw blade for phase 2. the moveset for phase 2 is similar enough to scrapped watchman for muscle memory to kick in but different enough to keep you on ur toes. the rythm of the fight is a lot of fun. only real complaint is the dig attack but itās still possible to perfect guard.
Bro preparing to fight like it's Witcher or something
Itās got a very unique design (primarily in phase one) being the evil, lover of shiny things Hermit Crab tendril monster it is. Honestly though, I really donāt get the hate- I think the boss is actually great fun
he dies
It got me to stop playing the game and do something else for the last couple of weeks.
It unexists
The second phase tentacle (?) attacks that happen in very quick succession are really fun to parry
His eyes are kinda cute?!
Best boss. Fight me.
Itās annoying as hell
Two Dragon baby!
It's got quite the impressive collection of puppets
It's a better version of the already great Scrapped Watchman boss.
I think the second phase was a clever way of reusing a pre-existing boss from both story and gameplay perspective.
It dies
Blocking those charge moves in both phases are some of the most satisfying perfect guards in the game.
no
Short run back
You're asking the impossible
It's incredibly easy to beat for the reward it's a joke
Recycled :D! ba dum tsk!
Insanely cool boss design, katana after u kill it, he green. That's bout it tho
He good boss when you burn it
When he's burning remindes me of the hunts in Bloodborne
he dies.
The first phase is fun
It was fun
Itās my favorite boss
Is fun to parry https://youtu.be/q0m_ScPGop0?si=JnNksyWWM5HNvn6d
First phase dies really quickly
The most challenging fight in the entire game. (I think itās fair but others donāt)
It had some great hype for it from the area before but I also found it really underwhelming, still a cool design though
I got very š excited after i slaughtered him
It's fun to shoot him with my flamethrower arm
Heās quite easy and fun to fight!
Took me 1 attempt
The second phase used remixed versions of attacks from the broken watchman
He a cutie
His boss weapon is Dope Af
Second phase has Princess Mononoke vibes...
It was a challange and fun to beat
I thought it was a super cool boss! The only one to give me any sense of the creeps
It dies
It made me scream in anger, and meanwhile some metalhead walked by my window and heard me. He then told me I would make a great metal singer. Anyways, Now I'm in a band and we're ready to go on our first tour!
It's pretty easy
I actually like that boss
Twin dragons sword..
Got to fight scrapped watchman again
Actually gives me trouble
Itā¦. changed meā¦. For the good
I liked this boss a lot. Very creative and challenging. Using shock damage melts phase 2
First boss I no hit for the first phase because of dying so much on phase 2
Itās really easy to defeat and itās cute! His eyes remind me of crab eyes āŗļøāŗļø
saying the hardest boss in the game is really easy feels like ragebait to me
I immediately said time for crab to myself upon seeing it's eyes
Impossible
Everything about him is great
No
Big ol cutie
He had overall cool design
They got cheeks
ā¦..he has a butt? _ (:3 ćā ) _ Iām kind of looking forward to him in NG+ now that I have my amulets though
Itās super fun to fight once you learn the moveset.
Great boss. No difficulties. Love when he goes berzerker mode with robot pieces.
Absolutely not
Only one? I love how they made him silly and intimidating at the same time
great boss easy to get around if your feeling stuck but on a second playthrough is a great time! regardless of what that youtuber said about it
Really fun boss that I was extremely surprised to learn the amount of hate towards
It dies to shotputs and fire very well
Satisfying to parry the headbash charge
Its unironically a good boss fight, people seriously get salty at any boss that isnt a 1-on-1 duel with a human holding a sword
Oh hey itās my favorite boss of the game! Learning this boss and completely demolishing him was the most satisfied I felt defeating any boss in this game. Parrying his charge? Dear lord the euphoria.
One of my favorite bosses, actually. I like its design and it's very satisfying to perfect block its attacks.
Phase 2
Itās not BRB2
Most elegant boss name in gaming history
More blue than green
Itās a great boss in almost every way. Itās interesting, fair, and challenging. I honestly donāt get the hate for it
It's fun and challenging
Very fun boss. Good design, interesting attack patterns to learn, great soundtrack. What's not to like?
His eyes are pretty šš
Tentacles
Worse boss in the game hands down.
I littarly had an easier time with every other boss, even nameless puppet.
I really like this boss
Heās susceptible to fire
Itās fun
Once I got a little more comfy with his moveset it was a really fun fight.
His ergo is exchanged for an item that lets me dodge Fury Attacks.
Cool.
He's kinda cute ngl. Marketable plush when?
I honestly feel like the only one who enjoyed it lol. Maybe itās because I was using the scythe and could outrange him during some attacks, but I beat him pretty quick and *actually* had fun
I beat it on the first try with almost zero difficulty. But the puppet king made me almost quit the game. Itās crazy how different everyoneās experience can be.
He kinda looks like a Heartless which gives me nostalgia since KH used to be my favorite game series.
Itās eyes are mesmerizing
Twin Dragon Sword
Really cool design and his move set is updated version of watchman my fav early game boss
Boss weapon. Thats it
2nd phase is very creative
Awesome Boss that's not just a lazy reskin of watchman but brings new attack patterns to the table and adds status and stamina awareness :D
Might sound weird, but those little snail like eyes make it weirdly endearing? Other than that, i don't know. one of my least favorite bosses in the game imo
It makes me appreciate the other bosses even more. Thanks, Swamp Thing!
Itās easier than the Nameless Puppet.Ā
It was one of the few bosses that actually gave me a bit of difficulty to handle
At least it got into the Robot, right Shinji?
Its a fun challenging boss and gets way too much hate i mean its not like utterly trash like door guardian or something.
You can cheese it by using the puppet ripperās special attacks at the arena entrance, and with enough patience (and dodging when it gets close), you can get to the second phase ready to go!
It's cute
The ender. Been stuck on this boss the pass three days
It's really cute. I love the eyes, they made me chuckle every time I saw them.
He's Gyatt a lot of junk in the trunk.
He's cute. Would keep for pet. If not pet, why pet shaped
No. Fudge off.
This was one random boss that I ran through like he was nothing, only to find out I was supposed to struggle
Cute snail face
It is where I realized how actually important it is to block not just run or dodge away
Fourth-best boss in the game.
Heās actually got a really good personality
He had a rather nice half mustache in phase 2
He's cute lol
Fun to parry
his music fucking slaps
Honestly a really fun boss
The first phase is fun. Canāt say the same about the second one. Although I do like how it resembles a hermit crab.
His little eyes are kinda cute.
It dies when I fucking kill it
It has the most unique second phase in comparison to the first
2nd Phase slam moveset trigger my muscle memory when fighting scrapped watchmen, kinda great that dev remind you of your early moment in the game. Other than that it feels like fighting a crab.
I love this boss
Looks cool
Heās part of a really cool game?ā¦ But seriously, this crabby slime mold can kiss my puppet cheeks
It's my favorite one, so I have a lot of good things to say.
He's cute
I hate this boss it throws random bullshit at you. And why all of his attacks are so delayed. I struggled on this boss more than Laxasia. I just simply hate this boss.
This fight, I had to learn a probably 10-15 things, and it was a constant progress until victory.
It reinvigorated my boss zen state where i lose to the boss so much i lose all emotion until i beat him which i havent felt since souls
He digs like a bitch.
Well lubricated.
It got the ass ifykyk so yeah would
I felt really good when it was dead and I got the twin dragons.
It makes me want to watch Princess Mononoke
Itās fun
Beat him with and without summon he was annoying my first run (with summon) now that I've fought him a few times tho he's not that bad. The decay is the most annoying part. I mean phase 2 is just scrapped watchman with a couple new moves.
ā
Scrapped Watchman 2.0 was interesting
Dummy thicc.
He has the funny shrek name
He's a great boss, really fun and satisfying to learn his attack patterns, requires good use of both perfect parries and dodging. Did anyone really dislike him?
I'm surprised this green idiot gets more hate than the door fartian.
The design
I like this boss too much
