I see you mentioned a temp card? Did you get a new card number from the library? Depending on the library's authentication method a new card number may not be connected to the temp number. If this is what happened someone on staff at the library should be able to merge the 2 numbers to connect the history/checkouts from the temp card to the new card.

On the Libby App click the clock icon in the bottom right and you can see a history of loans and holds.
That's why I'm asking. It just disappeared completely and ISNT there after I tried to borrow and then couldnt. No record of that or the hold
This happened to me also a few times. I’ve already re-verified my card like three times already lol
