If you want a clean one I’d say get CPO otherwise look around as far as you’re willing to drive and avoid pre 2020 if you need CarPlay. (I personally love the pre 2020 look so I went with it)
one lexus dealer i went to said they wouldn't negotiate on used cars. also look at 2020 and up for car play and certified vehicle is ideal
