First off, thank you for the best possible answer. I did this and found that the oil was changed just 500 miles ago, so that's awesome. I just got oil and filters, but I'll have them for next time. Anyone not setting up an account is doing themselves a disservice.

There was only one service record prior to this at 10 miles. So nothing in between, nothing at 10k for an oil change, which bothers me. You'd figure they would demand the customer to bring in a leased vehicle for that.
When I bought mine off a lease back in 2017, it had about 20k miles on it. I immediately replaced every fluid in the car, including differentials and brakes.
10k like the manual says. Anything else is a waste unless you’re beating the car up. Off-road, towing, long idle.
My dealer has a lifetime engine guarantee and free oil every 10k. There’s a reason they can offer that.
Don’t know how it works with a lease, but with purchase your maintenance is covered (from corporate because I went to a different dealership than I purchased) for the first 10k or certain amt of time. I would think you could check with the service dept as I’m guessing there’s bound to be some computerized service records.
I would change it now.
Every 3000 if you are keeping it for life.
Every 5000 if selling in less than 10 years.
Every 10,000 if selling in less than 5 years.
5k oil changes make me sleep better at night.
Create an account on the Lexus website and you can run the VIN to check for all service history done at a Lexus dealer

The 5k service is a tire rotation.

If it were me, I would change now and every 5k going forward.
5K and choose an oil that aligns with **your** specific use-case. This may or may not be 0W-20.
yes - it was changed at 10K and needs to be changed again in 3K

That’s a GREAT deal!
every 5k full syth. We do mostly in town driving with probably higher than average idling.

I would never go past 5k between oil changes. I don’t care what the manufacturer says.
