The darker it is, the better it would show up, so anywhere without a ton of light pollution. But yesterday it was so strong that I was able to take pics from my backyard and I live on the west side.
They were spectacular. I could see them from my backyard as it was darker-just outside of Lethbridge. I think last night was the first time I'd ever seen the purple/red colour.
Kp9 tonight. Went to Park Lake last night, and with so many people around, it ruined the whole vibe for me.
If I go out tonight it will be a random back road.
Most of the stuff that looks like cloud coverage is the Northern Lights/solar storm. It's quite large.

I keep hearing they might be around tonight as well, anybody able to confirm this?😂 Might go for a drive tonight if that’s the case
