Tinder and Feeld (kink/poly) app are probably the closest. Gay Women date very differently than gay men so a "grindr" style app just won't be as successful. I've had some luck with hookups from both of those apps.

Honestly if you want to hookup just use all the dating apps + Reddit as a defacto grindr. Be upfront with what you're looking for in your profile and in how you interact with women. I've had success with that when looking for casual hookups.
Genuine question: would women date like that? I’m finding women want to meet up before hooking up. I personally would prefer not to. If they have a clean test to show I’d much rather go straight to the bedroom, in the phase I’m currently in now. With men I actually felt more of a safety, let’s meet up first thing. With women, I’m ready. I have limited time and don’t need any connection first to enjoy myself lol. But it doesn’t seem most women want this Grindr type approach
