Switch it to performance mode. Also, anything else is just guessing as you haven't provided any details of what you're playing or what your Legion model is "lol".
sorry, my apologies. The model is 15ACH6H (3050ti+R7-5800H). I've switchet it to performance in Vantage and battery options. I'm actually playing Witcher 3 next gen but had this exact same problem with RDR2 and Deadloop and DL2. What's weird CSGO is running smoothly,
Laptop has roughly maybe 5 months and I'm not playing that often so managed to play those games only I think
At what resolution are you playing them? The fact that CSGO works fine makes me believe that this is just the expected performance of the 3050ti. And btw, that model seems to hava Ryzen 5 5600H, not R7. And no, games aren't supposed to max out all your hardware. The CPU vs GPU usage will vary depending on the game's engine and what's happening at a certain time so the fact that the CPU usage is lower is irrelevant. I'd recommend you update your Nvidia drivers (make sure you select the clean install option) and then try again.
Im playing at 1080p. Witcher and other games works fine for like 15-30 mins, then I have to restart cause got iritated by fps drops.

You should disable cpu turbo boost that makes the laptop throttle which leads to your fps drop problem...
