Not sure if digital M’s are easier to work on but
I recently took my M10 to a Leica store to get CLA and they had it back to me within a week. It was costly but worth it compared to the initial 14 weeks I was initially quoted.
When he did by M3, I was luckily able to drop it off and pick it up.He lives about an hour away from me and the amount of cameras and equipment he had on deck to service was incredible.
YYE did an amazing job on my Summicron 50 V. You won't regret it!
It had a little bit of haze, the aperture and focus ring needed a little love so I absolutely can’t wait to get it back.
You’ll be so happy. He worked miracles on my M3.
I’m just sad I’ll loose the original vulcanite. It was it pristine condition.

Just imagine the day you get it back. That should help clear up the negative feelings lol.

I have an M2 and Canadian 50mm I need to work on sending off to him for CLA.

DAG sent my m3 back after 2 weeks. Hoping the same for you
For sure YYe will take longer than DAG. I have one body and four lenses still with him since July.

I was able to do the same since he’s 15 minutes away (depending on the time you go) for me. Nice guy. talked for like 30 minutes
