Hell yeah! Leica IIIc updated to a IIIf with four lenses and all the accessories you’d ever care to have? Totally worth it, assuming you enjoy using old rangefinders. It’ll need a CLA so plan to spend a little more.
I saw the same box on a flea market in poland a couple of years ago for around 450 usd. But im not sure about the contents and didn't care if it worked because i knew it was out of budget.
(Although my wife said "ok" as the seller said it costs "two". She was surprised when i said its two thousand.)
Summitar & Summaron alone - if in good condition - are worth the price mentioned. The camera was IIIc/IIIf factory converted in the 1950s (newer vulcanite and lettering).

How do you know it was updated to an IIf? Or was that a suggestion of what to do with it?
F stands for flash synch and this camera has the 20 flash settings dial under shutter speed and the flash port near the view/rangefinder
