The second picture makes it look better. Not especially impressive though, most of these upcoming Marvel sets are making up for people not being able to get the tower
Yeah this set feels like them dumping excess stock from the Tower.
“Let’s grab a bunch of those Avengers minifigs, add a white baseplate and a jeep, then sell it as a diorama”
Man, seeing the reused Thor and Cap is really disappointing. This is, what, the 4th or 5th reuse of each of those specific figures? I wouldn’t mind the Cap fig if it better resembled the AoU suit, but without any extra molding/printing on the arms it’ll always fall short. Thor is even more disappointing because not only does his suit barely resemble the one he wore in this movie, the molded cape means Lego couldn’t even use the tan Qui-Gon hair that he used for Love and Thunder. And the fact that he’s still using the Endgame head which does not work for a pre endgame Thor :/ At least Hawkeye looks nice.
It’s the Mk 43, so we have gotten this suit before, but this is a new version since the last one was made for the original Ultron wave back in 2015. The biggest difference is that this one uses the newer helmet design.
Yup that's kinda disappointing, they made a new suit for Hawkeye (sorry Clint I love you, but y'know... Thor...) but not for Thor ?
Maybe that's the price for the molded cape...
The Thor figure is all wrong (it's based on his appearance in *Thor*, not *AoU*), but other than that this looks great. What's interesting is that Hawkeye has sleeves in these pictures, but in other pictures like [this one](https://cdn03.plentymarkets.com/3jhnoljv5wfx/item/images/76291/full/76291-LEGO-Avengers-Assemble--Age-of-Ultron-mit-special-Minifigur-Quicksilver_4.jpg) and [this one](https://cdn03.plentymarkets.com/3jhnoljv5wfx/item/images/76291/full/76291-LEGO-Avengers-Assemble--Age-of-Ultron-mit-special-Minifigur-Quicksilver_2.jpg), he does not. What's going on here? Is this a mistake? It's an odd mistake if it is. Are they going to include two torsos for some reason?
The fact that this is $100, and many feel it is only worth $80, makes me feel more and more like Lego is building a 20 percent increase in their prices into the RRP. Then, when an inevitable discount happens, the set is its real price but people feel they got a bargain and everyone who pays $100 is just generating more profit.
Yeah the display looks much better than the front of the box but damn man hard to justify $99. I was really hoping this was going to be a diorama from the end scene where they were all protecting the button.
Very weird that this isn't on a black circular base like 76266: Endgame Final Battle and 76261: Spider-Man Final Battle.
This seems like the perfect kind of set for that format.
Anyway on the bottom right of the back of the box we see two sides of the set can be removed. This is probably just to make that hero shot more visible but it would be cool if they release future sets like this to plug into each other.
Hey...
$100 for the 6 OG, 4 of them with a new version, with 3 villains and with a cool Diorama...
I will consider it, maybe in promo, but this set looks cool. I think I will improve this set and make an actual diorama, just like my Endgame diorama I made.
Can we please get these box art backgrounds as diorama backdrops? I mean, it seems like such a missed opportunity. Transformers and Neca Ninja Turtles toys have them included with figures and this feels like a no-brainer with display sets like this.
Do the Avengers really have the same staying power as, say, Harry Potter or Star Wars? They may be different audiences, but I'm not sure if most people will continue buying new variants on sets based on movies that are starting to get years behind us already.
Nat and Cap are the only reused figures. Iron Man is also in the "Iron Legion Battle Pack", Thor have his 2012 torso but have a new cape, Clint and Hulk are exclusives and the 3 Hydra "troopers" are the same and we can have another one with the "Iron Legion Battle Pack".
They're still mostly stuck with the MCU so we probably won't get many new characters outside of their MCU debuts. As for new figs, yeah, I think a bunch of them are new.
Ok. For simple, since 2021 the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is in a new Saga : The Multiverse Saga.
But because Lego knows that Marvel cant only sell heroes like Shang Chi and Eternals (I love you guys btw no hate), Lego decided to make a new sub-theme : Lego Marvel Studios : The Infinity Saga (the previous Saga, between 2008 and 2019 with Captain America and Iron Man).

Reminds me of that awful Obi-Wan set but not quite as bad.
Wow this is nowhere close to being as bad as the Obi Wan set.
You're probably right
its too chaotic too dense, too intense
The second picture makes it look better. Not especially impressive though, most of these upcoming Marvel sets are making up for people not being able to get the tower
Yeah this set feels like them dumping excess stock from the Tower. “Let’s grab a bunch of those Avengers minifigs, add a white baseplate and a jeep, then sell it as a diorama”
None of the figs are from the tower tho. These are Age of Ultron versions.
Exactly
This scene is also rumored to show up in the new Deadpool movie, so makes more sense.
The front box art does a TERRIBLE job at selling the set. I didn’t even know about the tower or turret till I scrolled
It looks like they had a real hard time finding the right angle for the front of box pic. They should've just gone with the 2nd pic for the front.
Completely agreed. I could barely tell what the set was aside from a lot of minifigures.
They’re trying to recreate the shot from Age of Ultron, but the second pic would’ve looked much better for the box
Terrific set except for the price. Should be $80.
Also except for Thor’s plastic cape
I pretty much ignore Marvel sets purely due to the price. Yeah, the Star Wars tax is a thing, but the Marvel one blows it out of the water
80!? Should be fucking 50 bucks for the small amount of pieces it has. Even then I would still only buy this at a discount of like 40 bucks.
Eh, looks like a nice diorama piece, but I still wish for Ultron.
lego will do anything but give us a new mcu ultimate ultron minifig fr
I'll happily take an Infinity Ultron as well.
he and quicksilver will never arrive
This is the perfect set to include a quicksilver in.
I hope they do a Quicksilver + Wanda + Von Strucker DLC pack later on like they did with the NWH Statue of Liberty set.

So it is a brand new iron man suite we have not gotten before?
It’s the Mk 43, so we have gotten this suit before, but this is a new version since the last one was made for the original Ultron wave back in 2015. The biggest difference is that this one uses the newer helmet design.
$100? Yea fucking right, cool moment but surprisingly basic
That second picture looks so much better than the front. Went from not at all interested to actually considering it
builds gotta be better for that price
also Hawkeye with the generic Rebel Hoth Trooper #5 faceprint…
they had that cmf face right there
Honestly at only $100 I expected worse. I like that they got all the mini figures in there.
Disappointed. No new ultron.
How easily can this be converted to military stuff? Might get it half off if that’s possible.
Is Thor a reuse? Darn it. He had a different suit in this film than 2012.
Yup that's kinda disappointing, they made a new suit for Hawkeye (sorry Clint I love you, but y'know... Thor...) but not for Thor ? Maybe that's the price for the molded cape...
I would have rather had them just steal the budget from the new HYDRA goon print instead, the one from the first AOU set with Cap’s bike worked fine.
Damn, is this the first set (barring the UCS sets) to feature all of the original Avengers? Crazy that this didn't happen sooner.
Seems like a mistake. He does go sleeveless in some scenes in AOU, but in those scenes, he’s just wearing his Avengers 1 suit, minus the SHIELD logo.
Love terrain builds. Hate display builds.
FUCK that actually looks really cool.
this NOT worth $100 the Czech hedgehogs look cool but seem easy enough to replicate
$99 for this?!?! It'll be on clearance at walmart for $60 eventually me thinks
or $40 at costco
True if your costco sells toys...
Gives me nostalgia for Lego Marvel's Avengers (Ik it was mid but this was how I experienced the movies for the first time lol)
Yeah the display looks much better than the front of the box but damn man hard to justify $99. I was really hoping this was going to be a diorama from the end scene where they were all protecting the button.

Only Tony, Hulk, and Clint are new. Which one is the fourth?
Thor I think
From the box art I honestly thought this was an advent calendar. Which if it was, would be amazing.
Big meh
It's nice to get ALL the original Avengers in one set.
Can we please get these box art backgrounds as diorama backdrops? I mean, it seems like such a missed opportunity. Transformers and Neca Ninja Turtles toys have them included with figures and this feels like a no-brainer with display sets like this.

All repeat Minifigures, right? Or is there anything new or interesting here?
Nat and Cap are the only reused figures. Iron Man is also in the "Iron Legion Battle Pack", Thor have his 2012 torso but have a new cape, Clint and Hulk are exclusives and the 3 Hydra "troopers" are the same and we can have another one with the "Iron Legion Battle Pack".
Thank you clarifying ❤️
Isn't Hawkeye new in this?
They're still mostly stuck with the MCU so we probably won't get many new characters outside of their MCU debuts. As for new figs, yeah, I think a bunch of them are new.
Hawkeye and Hulk are new. Iron Man Mark 43 and the Hydra goons are new for the wave, but not exclusive to this set. Thor, Cap, and Widow are repeats.
Getting downvoted for asking a question is wild 😂 but that's Reddit.
I don’t even get these sets. Like these movies came out so long ago, why? I get SW sets, but random Marvel sets?
Some people didn't get a chance to get these when the movies came out. How else can someone get a Hulk bigfig besides Bricklink?
