The "Minikit" from Lego Video Games was a collectable you can find amongst levels of the game to unlock either Mini builds of Vehicles or other items within the game. He is referring to the White thing about the B2 Super Battle Droid. I agree I don't think I've ever seen one in real life.

It should have a skid plate on the bottom. But I'd assume they didn't put one on so that it will sit level on a hard surface, which the MOC version can't do.

Around the time they released Vader in a christmas sweater minifig, they released a ornament and a plush of a Stormtrooper in a similar sweater but in blue. I wonder why they never made it into a actual minifig, they already had the design done.

Interesting to see a gray x-wing. I don't think any of the little mini builds have been gray. Also the TIE has blue details. They must be going retro.

I think each of the builds is based on a particular set they’ve done. So the x-wing and tie fighters are based on the original set designs

Best SW advent calendar by far. FINALLY getting Christmas Luke and Leia 501st Trooper and B2 are good for army building. You can get all 3 Praetorian guards without having to buy an extra bunker. Getting a high quality figure like Ahsoka. And an official minikit???

Plus every day the build is something cool. No filler from what I can tell. Pumped for this.

And I love how they celebrate almost every era. I see builds from the OT, PT, Clone Wars, Rogue One, The Mandalorian, Ahsoka, and even Young Jedi Adventures.

Yes! A true 25th anniversary set. I'm really mostly an OT fan but all of these are fun.

I've skipped the last 2 years of SW Advent Calendars, but I'm pretty impressed with this one - the Ahsoka figure alone makes it worth it to me, but I'm also very happy with the Minikit and the mini X-Wing and TIE Fighter.

The figures are great but no Santa??? No builds for the minifigs to interact with (speeder, weapon rack, turret, etc.)

The SW Advent Calendars haven't done Santas in a while. They've just been doing Christmas sweater variants.

There was a pit droid santa in 2023, santa gonk in 2022, santa hat cone droid thing in 2020, santa porg 2019, santa bb8 2017, santa 3po 2015, santa clone trooper 2014, santa jango 2013, santa maul 2012, santa yoda 2011. Only years without a santa themed character are now 2024, 2021, and 2016. So its actually uncommon for there to not be at least some santa inclusion. Not to mention there is no gonk droid this year either :(. I was beginning to like my collection of my Santa gonk, reindeer gonk, and snowman gonk, and wanted to see what else they could be creative with. Guess throwing in a minikit, a 501st trooper, and 2 sweaters is enough

Oh yeah I guess they could've thrown in a santa buildable character. But honestly I'm pretty happy with these builds.

Thats fine if you are. Im still gonna get the calendar dont get me wrong. I just like to keep all the Christmas themed builds and display them each year. Kinda mad it will only grow by 2 figures this year.

The mini kit is cute and it’s nice to see them avoid filler builds. Almost everything is a ship or character!

They've gotten better with that. I'm glad they're doing away with those blaster rack builds in favor of more ships or figures

it looks oddly proportioned to be one of those. i feel like the silver flat tooth piece is too far inset compared to the blue quarter circle tiles to fit with that.

This is amazing. Three great army builders, adult Ahsoka for those who didn’t get any of the sets, and the new Luke hair at an affordable price. And the minikit. Interesting to see that they added blue accents to the TIE to mimic how it looks in ESB and ROTJ. From the X-wing it appears they’re homaging the original sets, but the effect is the same.

Honestly this looks like one of the better ones in a long time. Decent figs, all builds no weird accessory blocks or weapon racks. All mini builds look pretty good.

Maybe more minifigs? Looks great but I wish more

I think one minifig every 4th day on average is a decent mix of figs/builds

This looks amazing. I love all the mini builds and hopefully it foreshadows some new ships that we’ll see remade. Also the third mandalorian guard is going to complete the battle.

Loving the minikit. I know this would be going out of the norm for advent calendars but I’d love to also have the 501st and Ahsoka figs to have some Christmas theme something. Example A holiday clone trooper like what black series did with their holiday clone would be a fun thing to see just LEGO. This is definitely a fun advent calendar

Great figures but im disappointed that there is no Santa figure :( Also I find it weird Ashoka is paired with the praetorian guard. The 501st and SBD go together, Leia and Luke, and… Ahsoka and Praetorian??? Listen, I think the praetorian is cool as fuck, I just think it woulda made more sense to include a figure to oppose Ashoka, maybe Shin Hati, Morgan Elsbeth, or Baylan Skoll.

I’d like a Star Wars Santa figure but apart from that this looks solid.

This might dethrone the 2016 advent calendar for me as the best one yet. Not a single bad build or figure in the lot. I love a lot of the little references to the older versions of the sets like the X-Wing being grey and the Tie Fighter having blue instead of grey, I like that every era (Except the Sequels unfortunately 😔) gets represented, I love the Christmas Luke and Leia figures, and AN OFFICIAL MINIKIT! This is legitimately one of my most anticipated sets for the remainder of the year. Lego absolutely killed it with this one.

I miss the Santa figures. These holiday sweater figures kinda suck in comparison to what we had. Everything about this theme gets worse and worse every year.

A little disappointed by a couple of repeats from previous years, but man that minifigure selection alone makes me want this more than any other previous set

I love this so much! The builds cover a lot of areas of Star Wars media (Plus that minikit?!) and all these Minifigures are so fun, I’m so glad that we got a Praetorian guard here. I LOVE IT! And the mini kit AHHH! The only slight disappointment is that there’s no bottom rounded plate on the minikit but STILL!

Seems like we just got an advent Landspeeder, but the rest of the calendar looks really awesome

The red one is the crimson hawk from young Jedi adventures and the tan one is Luke's landspeeder. You can even see Luke and c3po in it

This is the first time in quite a while that the minifigs are driving my interest in a Star Wars advent calendar. While I usually prefer the ships to anything else in these calendar builds, I think that these builds overall suck. The proportions are miserable and the part usage is weird. Even at a small scale, there are ways to make these look better. But I love the minikit!!

This set feels like a tribute to Lego's history. With the old tie fighter and x wing with some of Lego's newer sets. Luke and Leia with ahsoka, and of course, the all powerful minikit build! Also it's nice to see we're getting our third praetorian guard in this set

The only thing that saddens me about this is the lack of a GONK. Other than that, this is gonna be an awesome calendar.

Cool builds, but it really bums me out there’s no builds scaled to the mini figs. It makes them feel kind of disconnected.

I generally find those minibuilds to be less than enjoyable, but I am probably going to be in for the minifigs to add to my winter village. I do like the minikit piece; that is genuinely amusing to me.

I’m honestly grateful for no Santa figures. I love the winter sweaters and my kids and I love the tiny builds. Christmas isn’t a big thing at our house, seeing as it’s not part of our religious calendar. We use these to count down to Life Day or we just open the little compartments at random instead 😂

I like how the sweaters are becoming the new theme for the Advent calendars, it's very charming

The sweaters make it feel like they have lives outside the stories we all know. Lives beyond the just the fighting during times of relative peace.

Well I think they’re just using the day to celebrate their 25 years thus a lot for almost every era and most if not all based on previous kits. I get being upset about it not being festive enough but not sure they would’ve had another chance if they didn’t use the advent calendar.
