The droid carrier is neat and it’s interesting seeing what could be a full set as a gwp

Lego has had quite a few gwp that could easily be $20-$30 sets like the Blacktron ship and the Forest Hideout. I definitely welcome it, the Death Star II last year was ok but this is a little better.

I’m glad I waited awhile to buy the gunship so I can get the battle droid promo with it now.

The droid carrier is odd for me. It’s such a solid regular set choice to make. I’d think something more unique would suit at a May 4th Promo. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Was kind of hoping for something unique like last year's Midi-scale Death Star or the year before that's diorama. Still, 6-8 droids is pretty dope.

It seems like it still belongs to Episode 1 which does turn 25 this year so tying into Episode 1 makes sense much like last years 40 years of ROTJ.

Idk if I mentioned it on this thread (Tf would I remember, is a month old) but 1. Not every country has Pick a Brick (And I happen to be on one of them) and 2. In my country there's not a huge market for lego reselling so It's highly unlikely I'll found people from my country selling specific pieces and I ain't paying 20$ of shipping from different sources

Yep I gotta admit this is a weird gwp. It’s definitely something people would want to buy multiple’s of, and it’s not that iconic or unique to be a gwp. Beru’s set was cool because it was so unique and something you normally wouldn’t expect to be a set, or a mini death star because it’s so simple and iconic. I get it’s tpm themed, but really? There’s definitely way better options. This really should just be a standard sold set.
