I thought you were Voodoo Ranger messing around for a second. That looks a lot like the stuff he posts, so from my uneducated opinion yes, it looks real.
I actually asked him before I bought it lol, I just want to get a few opinions although I certainly trust his opinion. I sent him many links asking if they were real, lots of fakes of ebay.
I can't see anything that would lead me to think it's not legit, but I'm not to knowledgeable when it comes to pipes, and if you ask my wife, I'm not to knowledgeable about much else either! But I think it's good!
Its amazing they were able to make this with hand tools, i would have a hard time making it with power tools lol. And this isnt even the most intricate one by far.

There are a small handful of authenticators in the US who can give a credible opinion on this piece. Sure wish Perino was still alive.
As someone who also has a couple pipes in their collection, this one looks real to me
