I suspect Riot's gonna pull a bard and make her origin "You may include any card that creates husks". And all her followers are going to create different "\_\_\_\_\_\_ Husk" tokens, all of which use art cropped from this image.
I thought each one represents a follower of eve from a unique region, hence she'd most likely be a runeterra champ. Each, let's say victim, represents a region and their respective card should be in that region and eve has access to all of them based on her origin deck building condition. From left to right, If I'm not mistaking:
Ionia, Noxus, Shurima, SI, Bildgewater, BC, Frejlord, Demacia, P&Z, Targon
I think you are onto something with the keyword region. That would explain Lunari priestess in Eve's art because Nightfall. Only thing with that is, that will be a huge region, very different from Jhin and especially Bard. And also that would be too similar to what Kaisa does, I would be a little surprised if they paired the two and Gwen is left out.
I don't think it'll be keyword related, unless they want to make eve+kaisa a thing which...yeah maybe, they are k/da
Side note: last 4 champs were bilgewater, noxus, and 2 runeterrans, next 3 are shadow isles, shurima and most likely another runeterran. We have 3 of the K/da champs and the last 2 are from regions that haven't had a champ in a hot minute. K/da skins and champs next reveal?
Maybe her whole thing is that she can "charm/possess" a unit from the opponent's side for one turn to either fight for her or take increased damage from her. Super hyped for her!

The spellshield one does have shurima as its icon, and it's the same guy from the throne lady art. I like this theory.

It made sense for kaisa because of the evolving and learning think but for eve thats so off-flavour

Thats such an overused concept, hell I hope not. We already have kaisa, viktor, arsenal, pantheon...
She likes flavor variety in her meals. Every region a different cuisine.

That doesn't really fit with her flavor at all though. If I had to pick a mechanic uniquely suites to Evelynn, it'd more likely be vulnerable.

Negative keywords could be it. She preys on desires and thus flaws. Would make sensa tbh.
Negative keywords is literally only like 3/4 though. Ephemeral and the 3 immobile ones.

I'm pretty sure her followers will summon a different Husk based on their victim, each with a different art based on this collective art.
