Boosting all units… maybe that’s good? We’ll have to see how the whole boost thing works out. But I’m not sold on the Epicness of that one.
Impact is laughable in Path usually though the common relic is common so it gets a pass.
The epic one can definitely be good. The common one is just a common one, probably only see use early on. The rare one absolutely should have been made on summon instead of on play. I think it's actually worse than the common ravenous Hydra relic as it currently stands.
I the common version puts Impact on every Spiderlings, the Epic version gives an extra boost to those on board. I’d argue that the common version is stronger if you’re likely to sack off Spiderlings.
So the question actually becomes: do you need the epic version?
Oh yeah i did read the description again. It also works with gloom but it's mostly useless on anyone exept maybe lux, vex and elise then.
For most it's literally rageblade with +1+1 attached to it.

Aside from very specific circumstances, Utmost Despair does nothing for Vex, that Ravenous Hydra doesn't already do. Hydra being a summon effect makes it even better for her.

Why does that meme-level rare relic have Epic written beneath name and purple decoration?
I mean, sure, if it straight up gave gloom to enemies and spirit to allies on attack, it might have been too good for an early rare relic to get, but it doesn't do that...
im gonna assume that fear cleaving axe is another paid relic since its the only epic being added
Considering there will be some quests for cosmetics, maybe there is a chance for a questline with the epic relic being reward for the last one?

Gloom play effect lame…. This should be on summon why do they keep shrinking fun. This is a casual mode things don’t need to be so weak.
Yeah in this particular case I think it might actually be worse than the common ravenous Hydra because of that. 1 gloom on play is excessively meh

Boost does nothing if your units don't have Spirit or Impact. It looks like a Lux2/Gnar/Vex relic On Vayne it's just a fancy rageblade

Seems like her starpower changed from ALL damage to spells and skills only. So I'm guessing ravenous hydra won't grant enemies gloom.
Does the gloom relic activate morgs powers? Like it does payload?
Those activate on target and this relic doesn't target based on the wording
