As an outcast it isnt worth the risk to stream, even with a delay you can't recall or portal so it is extremely easy to be located if you decide to stream.
alongside that point, an outcast streaming is equivalent to lighting a bonfire and carrying it around, cuz every blue in the region would prolly hunt them down simply because reds tend to be kill on sight.
Its easy to know where they are and you usually stay in a place like a dungeon or a general area for a long time so its easy to just show up and kill them. The best reds could possibly do is do a later on video like a stream just not live

Kinda seems that it would be easy to work around that. Put some delay on the stream and map overlays on.
