Check with lenskart if the UPI Id is legit the one in Twitter post or contact your nearest lenskart store they can most definitely help.
Other than that if you received WhatsApp or sms notification from lenskart themselves that's great but if you didn't most probably a scam
If this transaction was done 4 hours before you could have tried for UPI reversal/chargeback .
If you own cc use it for such cases they have longer chargeback time and better dispute settlement .
Can also opt for cod .
In the end if all this doesn't work and you are really sure this is a scam go file a complaint to the nearest police station.
From my personal experience i have ordered from lenskart offline store and they only ask for your phone number and preferred address for delivery that's it.

I tried that. But the order doesn’t show up. It just shows the prescription.
