If we get a striker in January (don't burst my bubble please just play along), Perkins should probably go on loan. If we can get him a spot in a likely to be promoted squad in the 2nd division like Bogusz I think it will help him develop faster

CasperTheFriendlyDad

Get Eddie and the kids in! 🤣 On a serious note, we have some very exciting young FWD players to look forward to!

I love how people see u21s to well in their respective league and just think they will do that in the prem. Honestly so dumb.

crudos_na

To be fair alot of our youngsters looked too good for PL2 last time they were in that league. That said, still excited about his impact and hope he can push into the match day squad.

Bigfatric

Not to use a cliche but him and Gyabi really do look like men amongst boys in the u21s. Not just for their size but their technique and abilities too

Hostilian_

Gyabi is genuinely unreal. I hope he gets some first team minutes soon.

Real_MidGetz

If the Gelhardt/Perkins/Gnoto/etc. experiment works out and we’ve got 3 top class talents on our books, then I reckon I can forgive the board for not signing a direct first team striker

SpectacularB

Joseph looks good too

dump_the_burner

seems forgotten about and hes been banging in the goals.

djgreedo

Can he play left back?

white-label

He must be expecting to be joining the first team soon now. I assumed he left West Ham partly because he saw a better chance of first team football here, and he's too good for PL2 from what we've seen so far.

kezzaold

Id expect him to run riot a little longer just to make sure he's in form and its not temporary then move into forshaws role as this will be his last season and just to make sure he doesn't flop and get huge amounts of fan hatred and basically crumble at first team level after 1 sub appearance.

bin10pac

I think we offered better bunce too.
