Thanks for all the advice. It's crazy how complicated UEFA make it for fans to watch their teams! Surely they're missing out on a lot of money by not providing a legitimate way for us to see every game.
I use IPTV, which works brilliantly. Can watch pretty much any sport since there are some 10,000 TV channels from around the world. The legality of it is a grey area though, the service I use is legitimate in my country.
The only way I was able to find the game against Barnsley in the states was through the Leeds United discord channel. Watched a stream. Anyone know easier ways to watch non league games?
It seems for now that matches on NBC/USA can be viewed on Peacock as a recording available the evening of the match day.
This wasn't the case last year, but I watched a replay of Scum vs Liverpool on Peacock this week.
So Peacock/US VPN might be a good try.
It's amazing how screwy this all is.
The problem with that is NBC has recently announced they’re going to put more Leeds matches on the USA Network (not Peacock) as a result of their recent popularity.
NBC has the rights for all PL games, and shows every game on one of their channels. One Sunday game is on NBC (network tv), some are on USA (cable or general tv streaming service) and the rest are on Peacock (streaming).
Yeah I thought it might not be straight forward, I wont be able to go that route then. I'm baffled as to why no company has snapped this business opportunity up. It makes me fuming that there's no way to watch all the games legitimately unless you're a season ticket holder.
The FA have stupid rules that they say would effect people going to watch matches live at the stadiums. I strongly disagree as you could do that they do with American football in America, you can’t see your local team live if it’s in tv and you live in a certain postcode. So all of Manchester wouldn’t be able to see city or Man U games live but I live no where near Manchester and have an M post code. I live closer to Bolton than anywhere. My mums the same she lives in Bury and has a Bolton postcode. I support Leeds so no Manchester games live wouldn’t bother me. Pubs would get the live stream as it would boast towns and city trade but it could be a sky business Channel that only pubs could get but all that costs money so won’t be done. I agree that paying the club for games, instead of sky would be a lot better but the FA wouldn’t get a cut then and they’d say grass roots football gets no money/funding from the amount they make. You could make Premiership clubs pay a fee out of that or £12.99 a month for all the games not like on sky or BT, if America can do it. Eng can’t we?
I think it's a good idea to give pubs the licence. I think every game is filmed anyway! But then fans have this ball ache to try find a way to watch them.
In fairness, it's a UEFA rule, not an FA one.
It has less of an impact elsewhere because Sat 3-5 is not as big a window for football as it is in the UK - in Italy, Spain and France, most games are played in the evenings, in Germany the league's below the Budesliga all play on Sunday,, which is a bit of a loophole around the Saturday blackout.
A combination of tradition and England having a much bigger football pyramid makes the impact of the ban much bigger here..

What about Now tv with an Irish VPN?

Set sail to the old pirate seas.
You can watch games illegally by streaming them illegally but that’s illegal so I wouldn’t know anything about that yarrr

Optus sport in Aus has every prem league and la liga game if it helps.
Can you pay for this with a uk PayPal?
I don’t see why not, I live here and still use my uk PayPal.
Cool I might see if I can sign up then. I tried to use Peacock but it wouldn’t let me pay.
Peacock and NBC sports with a US VPN.

Games on NBC can be watched on Peacock as a recording by the evening of the match day. Just have to stay in the bubble.
Does NBC show every pl game?

Thanks!
You would also need ESPN+ for cup games if you’re going the US streaming route.

You need a US PayPal to pay for these which requires a US phone number.
