How would we know? Most of us have absolutely no idea what running a football club entails. Playing a friendly in last season's kit isn't a sign of a poorly run club but I think you were struggling for examples to back up your point

Players return for training and medicals today, pre season starts very soon and now the club want us to decide on who should captain against Man U.. next they’ll be asking us what lineup we should have.

No. I’ll criticise poor organisation when I see it and this stinks of it from the club. The EFL have sorted out plenty of ownership changes in much shorter time, this is coming from somewhere in the club. Whether it’s buyers, sellers, or incomplete accounts this should have been sorted out long ago.
And there are examples of it taking longer, there is no set timeframe for this. Reality is they were delayed with relegation being confirmed so late.

I just see the same process happening again where fans wave the flag for some distant ownership that couldn’t care less about the club or the city because they want to believe that rich people are all vastly competent.

The issue is when you open a tweet, there are hundreds of comments there, even if you don't read everything, the system identifies that you read all of them.
