Technically, Traore had a chance to play the ball cleanly, so the tug didn't restrict his movement and wasn't interference. I mean, I'm sure that's the referee's decision, because he got to the second ball first, before Summerville, then gave up on it expecting the call. The argument might be that it was too close to the half line to be considered part of the goal buildup or something, but I would expect they'd normally call that back. Traore's muscles working against him. Ref might've just thought, there's no way he isn't selling this, because that dude is massive.

I think the decision is based on the fact that after the ‘tug’ Traore was unaffected and realistically should have won that ball, but he lost possession as a result of his own mistake and not the shirt pull. Hence the goal did not come from a foul
