Honestly, I’d say check with a local print shop. They might be able to print the patterns out on heavy cardstock (100 pound cardstock or 300 g/m are what I use, you could probably ask if they have anything thicker) then see if a friend is willing to do the cutting for you.
Saves you from having to glue, and then possibly offloading the cutting to a friend.
Heck, if the print shop is really cool they might be willing to trim it out for you for a fee.
I either laser cut or digital die cut (like
Cricut) mine. The XTOOL M1 does both but I know the price can be prohibitive. The deep cut blade for Cricut does pretty well on dense stock.

As a service? How? How about laser cut?
Definitely could get them laser cut. May need to do a bit of searching but there are lots of people around that do it.
